The dude working, believe his name was Cam who was working all by himself, was able to complete the order quickly while making other peoples food and was in a very good mood doing so. Placed order online and was sent confirmation via email. When I went into pick it up they told me they cancelled the order because it was too large. So when asked why the order was cancelled the shift lead completely ignored me and the other employee tried to help but wasn’t able too. The shift lead then told me to reorder online while I was standing at the counter like he was incompetent. The manager on duty who was wearing a gray hoody, white papa John’s beanie and a fore arm tattoo seemed like he was under the influence and should not be in a place handling peoples food. When I expressed my displeasure with the service I was told “that sucks”. 10/10 will never return or recommend this location or restaurant to anyone.

Ordered $85 worth of pizza to be delivered. After being 20 minutes late I called to check on the status. Employee stated they were waiting on a delivery driver to pick it up. No call, email or text about a delay and I ordered it in advance. Poor service. I requested a refund… doubt I’ll get it. No offer for a future order either to make things right!

Revamping my review alil. Already very understaffed and can’t get food out in a timely matter. Ordered at 10am for 615 delivery. 645 and the person couldn’t even give me an idea of when my food would be ready….don’t open if you have no staff that’s a good way to burn out the few you do have!

Ordered online. They cancelled my order on me but didn’t bother calling or anything. Just left an email that I had to try to find. Went to the customer service link provided in the email and it’s an invalid url. The food is good when you do actually receive it. Not sure what happened here but won’t be ordering here anymore.

My First (and Worst) Papa John’s Experience in West Bend, WI
I had an absolutely infuriating experience with Papa John’s in West Bend last night, and I need to share it.
On Tuesday, July 15th, at 11:20 PM, I ordered a pizza for delivery, with an estimated arrival of 30-45 minutes. Fast forward to 12:31 AM on Wednesday, July 16th, and still no pizza.
I called the store, only to be transferred to someone who told me the location was closed. The person I spoke with wasn’t even from the store itself, and after I explained I’d been charged for the pizza and wanted to know where it was, they completely unhelpful and then hung up on me. I tried calling back, but no one answered.
This was my first time ever trying Papa John’s, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. My money was eventually credited back, but it makes me wonder: if they knew they couldn’t deliver, why didn’t they offer a pickup option? I would have gladly picked it up!
It’s beyond frustrating to be left without food so late at night when nothing else is open besides fast food. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. Has anyone else experienced something like this with them? I’m highly upset and disappointed.

They use door dash and do not verify orders. Papa John’s and door dash suck. Incomplete orders only cost the customer money and reward bad behavior from the staff and 3rd party drivers.
