I normally have great pizza from here but today was a huge disappointment. We ordered one normal pepperoni for their customer appreciation day, it took twenty minutes longer than the estimated ready time, and when I got home I opened what looks and tastes like a frozen thin crust pizza. Really glad we only paid $7 for it. I would go back and get a replacement but I waited so long for it I don’t have time to. Seriously without standing there and seeing them make it I would swear they just tossed a cheap frozen pizza on the oven and boxed it.

Was in the mood for some Pizza so I decided to try the local papa John’s and I was glad I did! Can’t comment on the building or service as I got a delivery order but the delivery driver was pretty good! Food was excellent! Everything from.wings, cheese bread, pizza and dessert was excellent, no complaints there at all! No problems, I’d sincerely get food from this papa John’s sometime in the future!

Ordered a stuff crust pizza using that stupid call center with some person which can hardly speak English and I wanted extra cups of sauce, 2 of them and when got my pizza it was cold and they said I didn’t order extra sauce cups. They told me I’d have to take that up with the call center, because they had no way of knowing I got the extra, but they sure didn’t notice the price was for the extra sauce. Pretty much said screw me. Won’t be any repeat business here

To start, our pizza was perfectly fine. Two orders of cheese sticks. One was missing almost half of its cheese and was overcooked and dry. The other one was not cut in half, only cut in long strips and was very dry. The BBQ chicken wings had like no BBQ sauce on them. Luckily, I had my own BBQ sauce to use otherwise it was basically dry, overcooked chicken with no sauce. The Oreo bites, were not very pleasant looking, but tasted okay…

I would stay away from this location. I normally like papa John’s but this is a poorly ran location. Pizza took over 2 1/2 hours to arrive and that’s not even exaggerating. When it did arrive the pizza was cold and soggy, missing toppings, and to top it off, it had a hair in it. Luckily I was able to receive a refund after having to call them. So many better options in the Sheboygan area, I will not be ordering from here again.

They seem to put minimal effort into their pizzas at this location lately. My pizza is always under cooked even though I always tell them I want it well done Also the pizzas seem to be thrown together pretty sloppily. Not sure if management changed or what but this place has really gone down hill in the past year or so.

I’m rating this a 5 mainly because I love the 3 Meats Italian pizza bowl. I eat a low carb diet so no crusts for me. I did try the Marcos pizza bowl but it was mostly sauce and pepperoni. Almost no veggies. In comparison Papa Johns bowls have lots of onions and green peppers with just the right amount of sauce. The price is just over $8.00 and it’s 2 meals for me. I’m so glad I found these pizza bowls!
