I decided to try their new Pan Pizza, but it is as bad as their regular pizza. There was also a large piece of something in my breadsticks, at first, I thought it was plastic but maybe parchment paper. Pretty sure they also gave me food poisoning.

I just ordered a couple pizzas for delivery. They mixed up which pizza had regular and which pizza had New York style crust. Did not put the diced tomatoes I ordered and were clearly on the sticker on one of the pizzas and they clearly didn’t put on the extra pepperoni I ordered on the other. Zero attention to detail for simple tasks. I will never order from here again.

I work part time as a Door Dasher Last night I had picked up an order for a customer and as I was leaving the lot determined I had a flat tire I took the customers pizzas back in and told the staff on duty my situation 3 males working there immediately came to my assistance with no hesitation They got my flat off and put my spare on very quickly I am so grateful for their assistance In this crazy world we live in today its nice to see kindness shown to others I will always remember this!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I placed an order online, when the app showed that it was delivered, I checked my porch and it wasn’t there. I called the store and explained the situation to two different employees, both of whom insinuated that I was lying before they even spoke to the driver (who I don’t fault at all, things happen). Turns out, my order was delivered to the wrong address. Like I said, things happen, but it was really upsetting to be treated like a liar before all of the info was gathered. The issue was resolved satisfactorily, which is why I didn’t leave a lower overall rating. That’s just a really terrible way to treat a customer.

This is the worst Papa John’s in the Davenport/Bettendorf area. The only reason I ordered from here and stopped some time ago is because it was closer than the Middle Road Papa John’s location(the one where they don’t serve you stale cheese purposely and then laugh when you call to let them know it made you feel ill) which I’ve always ordered from. 5-stars all around for the Middle Road location, they don’t mess with your food and great service. I feel like the Brady location serves you based on your race and in my case I’m American but brown since I’m a 5th generation Mexican/Spanish American. This is what happened I ordered a few weeks for the first time in a long time. I ate one slice and got ill(diarrhea), I called the store and the lady who answered had known exactly what pizza I ordered without even telling her what pizza I ordered and had even had the audacity to start giggling. I asked for a credit but was hesitant on even using it. Well I used it today and the service was horrible, the lady was rude. The pizza was made poorly, on avg. one pepperoni per slice with minimal toppings(check out photo), the least amount I’ve ever seen in The Works pizza. Here goes the best part though, some friends and I ordered a few more times after my initial order, 2 times through my Spanish/Mexican American friend account and 2 times through my European/American friend account. All I’m going to say is the results were not pleasing. Maybe some of the workers aren’t happy with themselves or maybe they are having a bad day but please don’t mess with people’s food. Maybe it’s not even about race and it’s just a really bad store. I DO NOT recommend this place. God bless. ✌️

So I ordered a large carryout half pep half cheese. I ordered one extra pepperchini or however u spell it. And an extra sauce . I received multiple shredded pepperchinis and one looked like it was straight bit off of. Jus nasty.
