This is NO reflection on the driver as I feel they have done nothing wrong. This is completely on the store who prepares the order for the drivers to deliver. I ordered a Papadia along with other things. On the website, it clearly states that the Papadia comes with a barbecue sauce. I ordered an extra sauce. Did I get it? Absolutely not! I called the store, like they have told me to do in the past, as this is not the first time this has happened. The gentleman on the phone stated that it does not come with a sauce and he is unsure of how I have come to that conclusion because they have never come with a sauce. I am submitting a photograph as proof from the website. I am so tired of ordering and paying for extra sauce and never getting it! The general manager can reach out to me if they want to.

Papa John’s for the win tonight. Their competitor down the street messed our order up and was going to fix it for their convenience not the customer so I came to PJ. Ready in less than 20 minutes and all of the young men working were super nice! Plus by the time I used their promo codes it was cheaper and I got 2 large pizzas vs 2 medium.

Flip a coin if your pizza is made correctly. General Manager is cheap and has an attitude. Don’t bother with customer support because the manager will close the support ticket and lie about contacting the person.

I just think I liked the pizza I got from the guys that I was late to pickup Andrew they kept my pizza warm then they were closed Andrew they waited for me to get there on Xmas eve so I tipped them all bucks each made up for the next time I have been in the food industry for the past 50years Andrew when you get a tip for something like that it really is going to make you feel good about yourself for doing it Andrew the person who gave you a good job will make it easier to do a little bit more work Andrew make it seam worth it

They hardly put any ingredients on the pizza and could of used more cheese as I ordered extra. People are being over charged per topping per side. I have placed several orders and they are not giving me the sale price besides over charging per ingredient per side. For example the 1st topping was included in the sale price I added 1 veg 1 meat but they were 2 different veg on 2 different sides plus the meat was the same situation. You dont charge for 2 veggies on a half and half unless one is more expensive than the other which was not the case. Meat and veggies are 2 different prices which makes sense. But when doung a half and half its just 1 added topping on the entire pizza. The prices I paid for a 3 topping large pizza was ridiculous. If you would like to offer me a free large 3 topping pizza I will take down this review.

I have to say tonight my experience topped it all off. I order online 90 minute wait. I call and ask what carry out time is 35 minutes. Awesome! Let’s switch it! It’s already paid for, I’ll be there in 35. I get there and she checks me out and so leave. The manager comes storming out and tells me that’s not paid for and if I leave I’m stealing! I showed an email confirmation of my payment, I switched it to carry out. She told me I am stealing and I can no longer order from there! I asked for her managers name and she said NOPE! While I hold the door open and demand her mangers name an employee said Sam.. another employee shuts the door in my face. I have had horrible service along with horrible food from this place every single time. I’ll be contacting corporate

All I can say is that I’m super happy that I decided to place my order on New Years Eve. I was hesitant because of all the other reviews that I was reading. We did NOT experience any of these other issues that I have read about so that makes me believe they were isolated incidences. We ordered 8 pizzas with a bunch of different dipping sauces. I called ahead to check on the order to make sure it was all good for pickup. Sam answered the phone and assured me everything was good for my order. She was 100% correct and super friendly/polite on the phone. My friend picked up our order a half hour later and everything went smooth and the order was done correctly and on time for pickup. Pizza tasted amazing and looked great upon arrival to my house a half hour away. We did however have the pizza in our own pizza delivery bag so it kept them fresh for the ride home. Overall I will definitely be back and can’t wait to place another order with this amazing store and it’s great staff!!!! THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT WORK YOU PUT IN ON A HOLIDAY TO KEEP ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS SATISIFIED!!!! IT DOESN’T GO UNNOTICED AND YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE IN MY BOOK!!!!!

Walked in and the place looked pretty unkept….may have been pre- cleanup for the night as i don’t know because I won’t be going back. Food was not as i remember it no peppercinis on the side either! Boo. There are plenty of other Za joints around to keep this one far from my pick list .

Somehow the manager working on 12/8/23 at 6:15pm thinks it is the customer’s problem if they don’t deliver your whole order. She expected me to wait over 30 minutes for items I paid for. She was rude and wouldn’t let me speak my frustration. She wanted to argue with me. She blamed the delivery driver. What kind of manager puts blame on others? It is her job to ensure quality and accuracy. I wasted over $50 and the food was not even cut all the way through. We had to cut our pizza ourselves, over again. My advice is to check your order before the driver leaves. Can’t trust they will get your order right. Let alone deal with a manager who doesn’t know how to correct issues.
