For a chain pizza location, it’s pretty good. The deals that have been offered make it really affordable and the employees are always polite. The location itself isn’t great, but that is simply SW 9th in general.

I would give it a 0 star if I could !! Place an order food never got delivered. I called and said they could not find my order so that I might’ve called the wrong store. I have all the information on here. I asked to speak to the manager all of a sudden they found my order and asking me to wait an extra hour. While my grandkids was waiting for their pizza ! Horrible customer service!!!

Ordered on Saturday at 5pm. Build your own thin crust. One hour later pizza arrived- wrong toppings thick crust. I called right away and said been given wrong pizza. After a little arguing they agreed to remake pizza. Tried blaming new cook staff.
Fast forward another hour. Pizza arrived. Wrong again. So many onions I thought it was sauerkrat. Told delivery guy this is wrong pizza again. He shrugged and said ‘you ordered it’.
I called again. Told manager about mix up. He said to go ahead and keep the pizza. Gee thanks!
Plenty of other fantastic pizza joints to choose from. Papa John’s is definitely out of rotation for us. Which is a bummer! I think the franchise is locally owned. We enjoy supporting local.

Stay away from here because this place is utter trash! My husband called in to have a pizza delivered, they said it would be 20 minutes. A whole hour had gone by and when my husband called back to check on the delivery status they said they had been trying to call his phone, there were absolutely no calls. Then they claimed they had the wrong number, but the best part of this crappy service is that the guy then hung up on my husband. We called back and they picked up the phone just to hang it up on us again. Tried a third time and then no answer. You’ve got to be kidding me! After reading the reviews I seen another person was also rudely hung up on as well by a store manager named, Ryan. The “service” here sucks! Papa John’s, do better!

First time having a really bad experience here. Pizza Completly wrong, twice. Then to top it off, employee mad at me, told me it was my problem, I did it wrong, she spoke to me about the order and confirmed it and I told her yes, we did verbally talk about the order and you still made it wrong, she hung up.
All I wanted was the Epic stuffed large pizza no mushrooms. Well done, all veggies & pineapple, on 1 side of the pizza. The meat stays on both sides. Simple.
And the 2nd pizza, pepperoni and sausage, again well done.
First pizza meat was fine, came with mushrooms and veggies covered entire pizza. But they split it Not sure if they added sauerkraut too which I didnt order, pizza fell apart when you grabbed it.
2nd pizza was burnt.
Called right away, told the person the error, told her the exact way I wanted it, said it was fine and will delivery it and hung up. Called back, because the first order was a pick up not a delivery, how were you going to deliver my pizza.
Took almost an hour to get here and again, veggies covered the entire pizza, had mushrooms on some areas and no pepperoni.
Called back and she practically cused me out and hung up. If I didnt have to go to class yesterday, I would have drove back there with the pizza. Pizza ended up in the trash, where it belong. Filled out the survey, waiting for a call back, let’s see.
My kids do not eat veggies like that. Digging out the veggies in a pizza to serve kids is disgusting and not sanitary. I am allergic to mushrooms, hence NO MUSHROOMS ON MY PIZZA. I cant just remove the item, I’m allergic too and eat it.

First I ordered online and went to pick up. The first guy I was working with was rude and unprofessional. The girl that helped me was very sweet and efficient. The food is cold after a 6 min drive home. The pizza is overly greesy and the wings have no flavor

I’m so mad! I ordered at 10:03pm the guy on the phone told me it would be here in a hour after taking my card information, waited until 11:30 to call the store and was on hold for about 25 minutes before the same guy answered the phone and told me they were closed! Mind you when you call it asked if you’ve already ordered or placing a new order! Never ordering from this spot again!

Ordered a pizza and cheese bread for delivery when I get my food the garlic sauce had been stamped into my cheese bread and poured out all over it for some reason. Wouldn’t suggest ordering food from here again.

The pizza was good but my Breadstick order was not a full order. They had 3 in there that would have been the size of 1. They also need to give more sauce for the Breadstick instead of charging for them.
