No one at this location knows how to apply LIGHT cheese to literally anything. I don’t often get upset enough to leave a review, but this is the fourth time they’ve completely ruined my pizza.
They put so much cheese on it, it’s like rubber and makes me sick. I order it with light cheese every time and it’s always the same, copious amounts of it.
When they make it correctly, which to be honest has only been one time, it was delicious. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. It seems as that was a one time thing unfortunately.

Asked for pizza well done. The item arrived par cooked and very underdone. The manager I spoke to was very short with me, even though I was initially as friendly as I could be. However, they did send out a replacement pizza free of charge. Hopefully the second one is better than the first.

I’m so disappointed in my order tonight. I placed it ahead of time and it was done 10 minutes before my pick up time not a big deal, but I was shocked to open it and see that the breadsticks were fairly done compared to normal. When I open the box normally it is plain colored not this brown but I didn’t want to make a fuss because the lady that rang me up seemed annoyed with having to wait on me. ♀️ I just ate my pizza and seriously papa Johns is my absolute favorite we have one location people please try your best to provide the quality. The pizza is beyond thin and hardly has any sauce I’m confused because I’ve never had this thin of pizza from papa Johns. For the amount of money I pay… I expect this to be much better take those breadsticks out sooner, check your ovens and the ingredients and please maybe train employees across the board so everyone knows what to do. I feel like if I get pizza and breadsticks again it won’t be like this but only time will tell. I don’t normally review things. But when my pizza and breadsticks taste burnt…I have to speak up! At least the brownie appears to be on point!

Papa John’s used to be pretty good (for a chain, anyway). This past year or so, however, not so much. The main problem can be summed up in one word… OVERBAKED.
We used to love the garlic knots but they, along with the other bread sides, are ALWAYS overbaked, making them very dry. Not enjoyable at all, unfortunately.

Today, I went to this location and got a Papadia. The staff that were there this afternoon was so kind and friendly. The one who took my order had wonderful manners. The young lady who made my Papadia made it so fresh and handed it to me right out of the oven. Then, she told me to have a great day. The food was really good as well. Good job!!

Flat as cardboard pizza. Skimpy on the ingredients, and they got my order wrong. I asked for Peperoni and mushrooms, it was more a cheese pizza. Paid for thick crust got paper thin. They don’t check it before giving it to you. Not worth it. 1st time trying it also the last.
