We wont be doing a pizza night with you for awhile improve the food quality was not worth the $34.00 we spent for hard breadsticks and no flavor on our crust. We ordered 6 Tuscan cheese breadsticks they were all hard they were not cheesy. We ordered the garlic stuffed cheese crust pizza and it had the cheese stuffed crust part down but not the garlic flavor they gave us a dipping sauce to do it ourself.

Was really excited to try the pizza. Sauce was good, toppings, plentiful ready real fast but… the crust was so dry, not burnt at all, just dry and bland. For me that makes the pizza, so very disappointed. I lived near Ann Arbor and loved Pappa,s there. They must have changed their recipe. I’ll stick with Hart Pizza my number #1, The Hof my #2, The Sportsman for think crispy crust is my #1. Forgot to take pics but it was not amazing looking or I would have. Being the foodie I am.

They go out of there way to make sure their customers are happy. Their food is GREAT! We have ordered from them many times. Recently Amy at Papa John’s went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with our order. There were problems with the pizza being delivered on time. She took the time to call us twice and then delivered the pizza to us personally. She also took the charge off my card, without me even requesting. Very happy customer!

Ordered 2 large Hardly any cheese on one couldn’t see any bacon … and the other had lots of cheese no bacon a lot of banana pepper. Very disappointed Probably won’t return First time I went pizza was great what happened??

Absolutely terrible experience. The manager was rude, bossy, and completely obnoxious. Instead of helping customers, they spoke down to people and created an uncomfortable, hostile atmosphere. Customer service was nonexistent, and the attitude alone was enough to make me never want to return. Papa John’s should seriously reconsider who they put in charge, this kind of behavior drives customers away!!!

went to there grand opening and felt like I was home. papa johns has always been one of my favorite pizza joints. so glad one open up here. staff was friendly and fun. they had Mr slice out. if you never had papa john pizza you need to go and try there

Does anyone in the restaurant industry wear gloves anymore? I watched a guy mix and create a pizza ring up my order take my cash and then go back to continue to finish the pizza he was making all without gloves! I know that some people think that their cooking process kills the germs but still, it presents a very disgusting unsanitary picture!
