I love Papa Johns, but this location’s quality has been awful lately. Sauce and Cheese missing from areas of the pizza and cheesy bread. Over cooked making the crust and bread sticks hard, the cheese is slightly burnt, the pizza is dry, and some pieces tasted burnt in spots. I have ordered from this location for over 20 years and it used to be great, but the last 3 times the quality is just not there.

Wonderful customer service food was good. Driver was nice and clear delivered on time and quickly and didn’t have to make me do a whole bunch of lot of stuff like ordering it on online and making it difficult on calling multiple places they just could call online pay with cash and make it done within 5 minutes I approve and everyone should go to Papa, John’s..

We placed an order for two pizzas. Once of the orders specified to have extra sauce on it, because it was cheese less. This order did not have extra sauce so it’s very dry. When opening the box for the pepperoni pizza one of the extra garlic butters was put on the top of the pizza. Since this was an online order we were notified of the progress steps. We live at most 6 minutes from the restaurant, yet it took over half an hour for our pizzas to make it to our home. I hate to say this, but I regret the cash tip we left, because I’m honestly not sure that the service we recieved was worthy of one.

I called and spoke with the manager to resolve the issue. He was very polite and compensated us for the issues.

Order was 20 minutes late, when the pizza came out of the oven they dropped it on the floor. My partner said she saw a kid making pizza, licked his fingers, then wiped them on his boxers hanging out of his pants. The person making the boxes seen in the attached video just chucks them on the ground. It looks like a third world country in here.

This place is hot or cold and unfortunately I don’t just mean the temperature of the pizza you’ll be served. Depending on whom is working, your food will be either correct, hot, and fast or you’ll get an approximation of your order.
Most recently I ordered a pizza with bacon and cooked well done. Neither of those things were what we received. The store offered us a refund or a new pizza in exchange for the one they got wrong. First, that pizza is MINE. I paid for it and whether I want to eat it, pitch it, or give it away to geese in the park it is mine to with as I see fit. You have no claim to it. Secondly, they offer a carry out but not delivery saying that their delivery is through Door Dash. So how does that work? You’re giving Door Dash a cut to deliver all your orders? Or are you remaking the orders in Door dash and then having the customer pay the difference? Either way it’s an insult to not offer to send someone to right the wrong of your business.
I would hesitate to give your money to this restaurant because it is impossible to know what you will get! Better alternatives nearby include Doeb’s Pizza or Jets on Washington. Both offer better, more consistent products and deserve your money more than this nightmare of a restaurant.

I ordered a pizza with no cheese and asked for extra sauce so my pizza wouldn’t be dry. What I got was a pizza with basically no sauce at all and then a bunch of sauce at the edge near the crust. Not the best pizza experience.

Tonight my husband called in an order for 3 pizzas. We called the restaurant directly to order. He told them we had coupons. We ordered 2 large pizzas for $14.99 and one for $8.99. When he got the total it came to over $60! I called back to question how they got that amount. The first manager listened to me, then after saying very little, he put me on hold ( without telling me he was putting me on hold). After I waited a while, I hung up and called again. This time someone else said he was the manager. When I explained that I wanted to know how come they were over charging me, he said he was not responsible for how I entered it online. I told him I didn’t order it online, that we had called on the phone to order. The coupon said it was good for a 5 topping pizza for $14.99. He said I was charged for all the extra toppings. I asked why was I charged for extra toppings? Then he said that he did not have to honor the prices as advertised. I ended up canceling the order and got pizza from another place. Very, very disappointed!
