Call center ordering. Food prepared too fast to be handled properly. Call center guy said 10-15 mins (for 3 pizzas & 16 wings). It was already ready when I showed up.
We tried the wings right after pulling out, so directly after receiving them. COLD, fatty, rubbery. They clearly use bottled sauce drizzled over them (not a coating) and they weren’t even warm enough for it to melt and spread! Points for having a gluten free pizza, but nothing was hot or impressive.
This is not the same Papa John’s that South Haven had back when we were kids. This is fast food quality for nice restaurant pizza prices. ☹️

Had delivery, not worried about how long it takes, but my food was less than warm. Was still good, but I do like Hot food.
I suggest you look at management, alot of reviews I noticed complain about barley warm or cold food. Papa John’s disappeared from south haven before, do us a favor and learn from mistakes, $1.09 for a sauce thats already super small and its half full, so two of those for $2 something that made almost 1 full sauce

Update: The pan pizza is delicious! I get it with extra cheese.
The epic garlic stuffed crust Philly Cheese Steak had little meat, and the crust was rubbery. It was okay. The cheese sticks were thin and I didn’t care for the pizza dipping sauce at all. The wings were pretty puney, fatty, and just didn’t taste good. Bummed me out as I was really looking forward to trying it out. I hadn’t had Papa John’s in many years. It was ready pretty quickly even though it was very busy. They had some decent deals.

My very first time ordering. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza. The food was perfect. As it turned out it was the absolute most expensive pizza I’ve ever had. The pizza cost was reasonable, however the delivery driver was rude. Opened a closed gate to go to the unlit front door. The side door on the driveway with its light on and easy access wasn’t used. I directed the delivery person that the front door wasn’t used in the winter. She promptly said very rudely “ YOU NEED TO INCLUDE THAT IN THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS “. She came to the side door, delivered my pizza. After I took the pizza she held out her hand for a tip. I said have a nice day ( I tipped her through the app) the tip was the middle tip selection. Wish i had not tipped her. After dinner I took my dog out to find the front gate wide open and my mailbox post broken. I looked over the video and the driver backed up, drove forward into my mailbox breaking the post, she then left. After work I proceeded to go into the store to inform them of the damage. They took my name and number. I received a call and text from the manager inquiring about the incident. They want copies of video, pictures of the post to prove the damage to my property. I sent them a copy of the receipt for damages. $40.00 for the post, 2.5 hours labor to get the post, transfer the mailbox and paper tube. And replace the post in the frozen ground. As I told them I don’t want them to do shit. I’ll take my loss and NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! This being my first experience with Poppa John’s pizza it was expensive, delivery was rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET PIZZA FROM THEM AGAIN!!

Despite them being slammed they had my order ready by the time i walked through the door. Everything was hot and even after the pizza cooled waiting for my fiance i could taste the difference from any pizza place in the area. Definetely worth the price and my new go to pizza spot.
