My earliest memories are making Christmas cookies with my aunt and getting cheese stix from papa John’s. Stephanie made the perfect cheese stix this year and it sent me back to 2001 all over again. Thank you for the nostalgia and making me want to keep this tradition alive with my nieces and nephews! Nice, sweet girl on top of it all! Would recommend to all my friends and family!

This is a hard review to write because I generally like their food, and Papa John’s isn’t a bad pizza. However, during my visit, I was concerned about the lack of basic food safety precautions. I didn’t see beard nets or hairnets being used, and employees appeared to be wearing street clothes and, at times, unprofessionally revealing clothing—most often during the summertime.
The environment felt more like a hangout spot than a professional food preparation area, which raised serious concerns for me. Under the Michigan Food Law of 2000 (Act 92) and the Michigan Food Code, food employees are required to maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and wear appropriate attire to help prevent food contamination.
I hope management addresses these issues, but sadly, I don’t believe they will. The food itself is generally good, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

There was hair in my food. When talking to the manager they didn’t apologize and told me that everyone had their hair up and it was probably just a loose shirt hair. As I have worked in food service before this is not how you handle hair in someone’s food. I would have liked to have been told that the manager would talk to their staff and make sure everyone comes in with their hair up and in a hair net and double check to make sure no loose hairs are on any part of their clothing.

Where do I even start!? Terrible customer service. Called them and got a person who does not speak any English. Super hard to understand. Then once we placed the order they said 45-50 minutes. After we’ll over an hour we called and they said it was out for delivery. Waiting another 20 minutes we called again. They hired a door dasher because of the work load. (Waited even longer) called again after we hit the 2 hour window. Called again, asked for a a comp for the insane wait they said no refunds or comps. They were extremely rude! Will NEVER order fron them again! Dont waste your time and money! To top things off…pizza was cold.

Dont bother trying to get a pizza from this place. Half the time they dont get the order when ordering online and the rest of the time the loose the order magically. Its constantly packed with people for grub hub, and nothing against them since they are doing their thing, but this place cant even do proper service. I dont know if they can handle online anything properly it seems or maybe they just want to do delivery online. Either way wont ever go back ever after giving them multiple chances.

We ordered a Large Extra Cheese pizza from Papa John’s on W Columbia Ave. Battle Creek and was disappointed to see a pizza that appeared to be a “Reduced Cheese” pizza instead of an “extra cheese” pizza. Not sure if they are trying to save cost by putting as little cheese on their pizza as they can get away with! We usually love Papa John pizza from other stores. Probably will avoid this particular store in the future.

Wow! First time we have ordered from here and no kidding, hands down 10 minute pick-up! So very impressed! The pizza was as just as amazing as I remembered. will definitely be back !

Been ordering here for years now. Never had an issue. Door dash driver said he argued with them at the store that he was supposed bring my cheesesticks. They sent him without them. Also this is how I got the pizza. Come on guys for real? I always tip good. Literally had me paying $27 for a single pizza. Good thing the driver told me just give him $10. You guys cut into his tip AND left us hungry.
