I ordered online as I’ve done before. I had my order loaded on my phone, and it never moved from baking. I waited in front of the building for 20 minutes and never got a text. I went in to check on my order, which on the app it showed still baking. Just to find out, it had been done and sitting there for 15 to 20 minutes. Needless to say, by that time it was not the quality I am used to getting.

Absolutely love love love the new Papadillas. Definatly one of my favorite things from a pizza place. Never been here before and we got three Papadillas and a small pizza and my son said the pizza was great too. Service was fantastic, I was greeted with a smile and was thanked for coming and giving them a try. Have been back twice since then. Nice job Papa John’s. Wish you delivered 2 miles further so I didn’t have to come pick it up but that’s alright by me. I will do delivery for lunch at work for sure!!!!! Thanks again.

My Dad left us when we were very young. His name was John. After I turned 18, I started to do some research and try to find him. When I found out about Papa John’s I was so excited, I though he had founded the company and named it so that I would find him some day. When I went to the nearest joint, I walked in, and asked to speak with the owner. As the employee went into the back to get him, I was so overjoyed. When she came back with the owner, I was crushed. I realized that it was not my father. Tears began to stream down my face, and I realized that all of my hard work had been for nothing. Seeking for something to calm me down, I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza. It wasn’t anything special, but it reminded me of Dad. And thats why Papa Johns is better than Pizza Hut.

I’m disappointed that I didn’t get a pizza saver under my pizza. Usually the nice corrugated white piece keeps the pizza from tasting like cardboard when I get it home 15 mins later, but no such luck this time. The pizza was made correctly and the staff is nice. Just wish it didn’t taste like cardboard.

Call to order was 15 minutes on a Friday!! I was there around 3 pm and the place was empty!! I’d definitely recommend going around that time if you’re in a hurry!!! 4 stars because of the food quality!!! obviously fast food is fast food!!!
