This was my 1st time picking up from this location. I usually have it delivered. I have no complaints as the food was hot and delicious. The service was good, and my food was ready and correct when I arrived to pick it up, which is always a plus! I have changed my diet, and I tried the Garden Fresh Pizza thin crust and is absolutely my new favorite order
️ UPDATE: They never disappoint! I ordered another Garden Fresh and just had to give the young ladies their kuddos for an amazing pizza and service!

Between the young lady and the young man who claimed to be manager when I asked to speak to management (very doubtful) about poor service when ever I go to this location, and this certain group is there. Since when does asking for corporate number and higher management trigger anger and get you tresspassed, this is new to me. Very rude across many Papa Johns locations, not just this 1. Something has to be wrong with culture working there. Pizza always cold and then dealing with employees that will tell you to wait on order while food is sitting on rack while at counter on their phone.

I had to wait 8 minutes at the counter listening to the employees talking around a corner where they couldn’t see the counter. I am not a loud or aggressive person so I wasn’t going to yell so they heard me so I just waited there for 8 minutes listening waiting for my finished food to be handed to me. Guess I’ll try another location in the future.

This a place you go to just to say you ate. The pizza is basic don’t go looking for nothing extra fancy. I like the 10inch pizza I paid only $6 for I don’t care for a hot and ready but this place you have to put your own butter, parm and garlic on it. This would not be a place I recommend. I have tasted better frozen pizza.
Atmosphere: 8/10 they need to bring a few tables so you are able to eat there.

This place is run terribly. I called to order pizza at 9:15 and I was 5 minutes down the road. The manager took my order and then the pizza never showed up! My pregnant sister was craving the bread sticks with the garlic butter sauce and never ever showed. We called the next morning and the manager picks up and was incredibly rude and said “well I wasn’t the manager on duty so I don’t know what happened” no apology and then she snapped and yelled at me and said “I said I wasn’t on duty if you want a refund call back at 3”. Then I called back and 3 and the next manager said “oh I had to cancel your order someone didn’t call you?” And we said no and she said “oh well yea it was too close to closing time.” No sorry. Nothing. Why did we have to call to get a refund when you knew you weren’t going to deliver our food? Why no apology? Take your money elsewhere. When management is lazy and rude imagine what the employees and food must be like.

Order a door dash from here and received the wrong pizza. When I called to make sure the pizza what was on the pizza I ordered the person on the phone states ” This is a door dash problem.” I tried to ask if they check the pizza to make sure they make the right pizza? Again she told me this is a door dash issues. When I asked what was on the zesty Italian and described the pizza I had received I was told Again this is door dash issue. I would like give this store Negative feedback!! I will not be ordering anything else from this Papa John’s.
