Dear Mitchell Papa John’s , thank you for your services today. I was there to pickup an order this evening & it was obvious the amount of stress every employee there was under just trying to make pizzas for everyone’s families on Christmas Eve. Nearly everything else was closed & they were slammed yet still served with a smile underneath so much pressure during a giant rush.
Orders eventually have to be cut off if it’s difficult to keep up & this happened , and it’s sad to see staff getting yelled at on the phone because they aren’t superhumans. Be kind , it’s so so simple. The girl working the counter apologized to me over and over for a short wait on our order & I told her please don’t feel she owes me an apology, working on Christmas Eve to feed people. You guys were doing a phenomenal job & I hope you all have a merry Christmas.
Our food was perfect , and even if it wasn’t , I’d still be grateful. Thank you

Fresh, fast, friendly! Brownies are my favorite. Love the drive thru aspect!! No having to get the kids in and out of the car to get the pizza!

We got a super salty pizza, had to call and ask for a replacement, also didn’t get cheese sauce we ordered, and anchovies on pizza also not ordered that way. Female manager was very very rude and I was super respectful the way I spoke and as a experienced previous mngr I’d say she should be demoted down if she doesn’t know her customer support rules. I did not appreciate being hung up on. At all.

Really good pizza. We got the garlic stuffed crust pizza. We had to wait but it was worth it. Will order again. Soft crust, just the right spices. Jaz was hard at work.

Traveled from Tennessee to do a paranormal investigation at Whispers Estate they have a special. I called and ordered a whispers 1-1 lg 2 topping pizza $9.99. And a whispers 2-1 lg 2 topping w/breadsticks $15.99. The breadsticks weren’t delivered we stopped our delivery person and she said she would be back with them. And she never showed up called back and whoever I talked to said they didn’t know what I was talking about and if I wanted bread sticks I would have to place another order and pay for them AGAIN. They were rude and definitely not helpful. We gave her $50 for the food and a tip. We were robbed. So watch yourself.

I’ve never had an issue with service or employees. I think it is expensive not a lot of menu items our deals. Some facts about the carryout or delivery only there is a drive through window, and though the delivery fee in my opinion is a little high but it is about the only restaurant in Mitchell that does delivery. If you order online most of the time you can better coupons or deal then by ordering over phone or carryout

Pizza, breadsticks, and Oreo bites were great as always! I’ve spent hundreds, if not, in the thousands at this location specifically. They are always friendly and super quick with my food. This was the only time I did not get my food in the amount of time that Papa Track said it would be done. But 1 of 50+ times is pretty darn good! Keep it up Mitchell PJ!
