Usually pretty happy with everything we get from Papa Johns. Tonight, we decided to try the New York style pizza and the spicy pepperoni rolls. My husband loved the rolls, but we both felt that the pizza was not much different than a regular pizza. It didn’t look anything like it did in the pictures, so kind of disappointing. Plus, the garlic sauce that was inside was opened, so it wasn’t even usable.

The food is pretty decent, and there’s a nice selection of items. The app is how I usually order my food and it’s relatively easy to get around. It’s better to go through the drive-thru and pick it up, then to go to the pickup spot on the lot because they don’t seem to respond well to those.

For the second time ordering here they screwed up my pizza. I ordered an extra sauce, no cheese pizza for my kids that can’t tolerate dairy and instead they put next to no sauce and lots of cheese. Got it all the way back to Heltonville before realizing at which point I had very hungry kids and no time to go back for a replacement. The first time it happened I was understanding. This time I am angry. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the regular pizza is good. But double check your orders because they don’t pay attention to the stickers on the box.

I’ve had nothing but issues from this location in Bedford. The last time I ordered they let me sit in the pickup spot for 40 minutes after I’d informed them I was there. There were no other clients and at least 3 employees in the store that I counted. I just tried to order again, this time delivery, and 20 minutes after the tracker said my pizza had been delivered I had to call to see where it was. The vapid delivery boy didn’t deliver it, however described my house to me on the phone. He’d come all the way out and didn’t even bother knocking on the door! How idiotic can someone be? This place is a disgrace and I will never attempt to order from this location again.

I’ve done a lot of business with this pizza site and if there was a problem they normal fix the problem I was on the phone with a lady that works there that just wanted to agrue and tell me I did something wrong after ordering well over 40 pizzas there I’ve only had 2 bad things happen and this is one of them I was told I’d receive a free pizza and this woman agrued saying I received it when me and the guy was testing what went wrong before. I’d highly recommend going to a different papa John or a different pizza place. I will not give this place my business any longer.

I have had delivery from a countless numbers of papa johns over the years, and several occasions from the Bedford location. The Bedford location has been plagued with issues every single time I’ve ordered. I expected no different today. However what I didn’t expect was after waiting 1 hour and 40min for my pizza and spending 10 min on hold to check on it until someone finally answered, I was informed that oh your pizza is just now coming out of the oven and it will be there shortly. This also after the so called “PAPA TRACKER” said it was on its way 1 hr prior. The management is always less than helpful and the staff that answers the phone and has no clue what’s going on half the time. This is by far the absolute worst Papa Johns I have ever encountered. With the level of service they provide, closing the doors might be a great idea. This will be my last order.

This location has become consistently bad about leaving items out of my orders. Tonight they outdid themselves. As usual, they forgot the extra cheese sauces I purchased at the insane price of $1.09 each. Then when I asked for them, the clown at the counter wanted to argue with me about how many I paid for. I had to go back to my vehicle to get my phone and bring up my order showing the number my order included, and he still argued. Unbelievable!!! What happened to this place???

Just ordered Papa John’s as a last minute late supper around 9:30pm. This was sooooo good. It was fresh, hot and loaded with toppings and so fast! We had Marcos on Saturday and this Papa John’s beat Marcos hands down…I think we found a new favorite!
