The pizza itself is always delicious and delivered in a timely manner but this evening I called the Greensburg Papa John’s to inform mgmt that I was charged twice for the same order…I was on hold for over 16 minutes. That is terrible customer service and is unacceptable. Never got to speak to a manager never got it settled. Very dissatisfied.

I haven’t had papa John’s in a while. I felt like treating myself. It was dinner so I know it was going to take a little longer. I called the store after an hour worried that the driver went to the wrong address. This has happened before because there are two very similar addresses in town. I’ve gotten their orders, they’ve gotten mine before. Manager wanted to argue saying I put the wrong state in. Luckily the driver was calling. Anyways, pizza arrived cold and stale like it had been sitting too long under the heat lamp. I’ve had gas station pizza better than this. I’m done with papa John’s.

Papa Johns gets 4 stars for consistent quality pizza. However, we ordered extra sauce and a cup of cheese sauce and as you can see from the picture very little sauce and no cheese cup! (We did pay for those extras)The time of arrival for pizza was estimated at 60 minutes and arrived in 45 minutes which was better then last week. Last week ordered a pizza was given estimated time at 60 minutes and at 90 minutes still no pizza. Called papa Johns and they said pizza was on its way. 15 more minutes no pizza so called and cancelled. So, I understand there are busy times that’s why we tried to order again this week and we’re pleased with the delivery and pizza! I highly suggest PapaJohns just check your box when you receive your order for accuracy of items ordered.

Ordered food from here this evening while at work on my lunch. Went out to get my food and got the wrong pizza, delivery guy told us the pizza was right…. So I then asked to see the receipt to find out that Karen had my pizza and we were right it was the wrong pizza. Luckily i had my receipt for proof and I knew who this was so I had to walk all over the factory to find Karen to tell her she also had the wrong pizza luckily I could find her…. Then come to find out both of us had ordered extra garlic and didn’t receive it. So now I wasted a majority of my lunch walking around and I can’t even enjoy my extra garlic. Let’s just say I’m not pleased with my experience….

I ordered Friday 1-27-2023. I only had a fifty and a twenty to pay for my order. My order was only 19.24 and I paid with a $50. I told the GM Sheldra I have a 20 but can’t tip. then she took the 50 from my friend and only gave me $13 back in change. That is a $18 dollar tip when my order was only $19.24. THAT IS 1.24 LESS THEN MY ORDER ITSELF. I don’t appreciate this what so ever. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING HERE AGAIN.
