The pizza I ordered was incorrect. The manager “credited” my account and when I went to order with the credit on my account the other manager said it was already claimed. Awful customer service and the manager didn’t even look into the situation. Not wasting anymore money here for disgusting pizza and staff. Will order from the local pizza restaurant now and get better service AND pizza.

One of my favorite locations in the Central USA, the staff here is awesome, always professional and very polite. The delivery drivers are always caring and respectful when dropping off your order. The pizza is picture perfect with every order, this location doesn’t rush your order and just throw toppings on. They cover the whole pizza equally and make it look just like the commercials. Only pizza place I order from is here in this town. Try them out.

Online ordering is not simple. After ordering, then it asks you to join rewards. I don’t want to. No option. Finally, I call my order in and get a person in a call center. I’m hard of hearing, so the accent makes it harder to understand. Get my order through, then, wife gets the order, but no 2 liter is with it. Says 2 liter of orange crush on my box, why not on delivery guys? Call back, it’s now been 27 minutes with no drink. Big fail on Papa John. But, they already got my tip. Tipped for bad service. Never again.

Imagine you show up for your interview.. they interview you standing outside the door. 5 minute interview, come back this day.. okay. Then.. imagine you come to your ‘first day’ to fill out paperwork. For starters it was near 100 outside that day and the AC inside the store was broke.. no biggie I guess. Then imagine the AD that made you apply said starting pay is $13 an hour. Great! You get told at the interview the starting pay is $12.. well I have experience making pizza, an open schedule, and the ad says 13/PH, but..Okay.. I’m desperate clearly, so whatever. THEN imagine you come all the way there give them your info for the system and do your paperwork, and when it comes time to put your salary in the system the manager puts $10 an hour… PLEASE L O L. Soo from $13 in the ad, $12 in person, $10 when you bother to show up unlike many other candidates. Not only was I basically lied to, but I had experience as well, and with pizza making experience you’re gonna tell me I’m being offered $3 less than advertised.. Would this usually be a big deal?.. no. Buttt, when the advertised pay wasn’t that great to begin with every dollar matters especially to an adult with an open schedule and experience . Just was a big joke.
