I like how the manager parks right in front of the building. Customer parking? – never heard of her! Anyway, PJ’s has went downhill over the years. What happed to the thick pizza? It’s now thin and tastes like cardboard. Ever since Papa himself was forced to step down, it’s went to crap.

So I called papa John’s not 15 minutes ago. The website says u can buy 2 or more large two topping pizzas 9.99 a piece. I called to order 2. The kid that answered said no that’s only if you buy 8 more items. So I guess now we can just change what the deals on the website say however they want. That’s absolutely misleading or the kid that barely spoke English was wrong or lied. It clearly says third item optional. So the kid was lying on the phone

Our friends live in Scottsburg so we end up getting pizza from here often. The difference between this Papa John’s and the one in our town is night and day. We’re so sad and dissatisfied every time we eat from a different location than this one. I wish chains could be consistent so every Papa’s pizza is as good as what I’ve had here!

If your sole responsibility at this establishment is to craft such a delectable pie, the least you can do is learn to read your customers order of toppings to make it right. Maybe 5-8 toppings max and it’s all printed on the box! All you have to do is read it. You’re not rocket scientists, you’re not electrical engineers…. You make pizza…..

Pizza is wonderful as always but when I went to pick up a pizza… I noticed none of them have gloves employees making them wear gloves. No hair nets either. It really grossed me out to see them not wearing gloves. Please please make your employees wear gloves to make people’s food.
