The food has always been good, but the timing has been a consistent problem. The last couple of times we’ve ordered, the pizza has been at least 30 minutes past the promised time. This most recent order was placed at 11am for a 5pm pickup, and when I arrived I was told it would be another 30 minutes. We didn’t end up getting the pizza until after 6pm. If scheduled pickup times are offered, they really need to be honored.

Terrible food, terrible service, terrible price. No communication with the customer when orders cannot be delivered after being ordered and paid for. Always using the “Understaffed” excuse when their incompetence is what is creating the issues. Ashley is a joke of a manager. She has no problem solving skills whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs.

we ordered a thin pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, onions on half. They put them on the whole pizza. Not only was it made wrong it wasn’t even cut I was able to pick the whole pizza and take a picture of it. On top of that our garlic bread sticks were not done it looked like cheese when we pulled them apart. The only positive thing was the employee that answered my angry call. They offered to remake our pizza or give us one at a later date.

Everything I did receive was mostly crust with very little toppings. The picture is of the cheese sticks. The center the only part with cheese. Under it is raw dough and on top is more grease than a deep fryer. I called and was told very rudely that’s how they make it. I then messaged corporate and didn’t get a reply. Then when I picked up the box to get rid of it the bottom gave out. This is the worst papa johns store I’ve ever ordered from and I’ve ordered from alot of stores in different places. Until I moved to Marion I only ordered pizza from papa johns. I order out at least once a week and spend over $50. It won’t ever be from this papa johns again. Guess I’ll have to wait until I go out of town to get it again.

Every time I have gotten a pizza from here it is raw and uncooked. It’s frustrating when you finally want to have a day off from cooking just to get a doughy pizza. Love Papa John’s but this one is absolutely awful. I have heard multiple other people complain about this same issue as well, yet nothing seems to get fixed. Service is terrible because they obviously do not care what they give out. That includes food, attitudes, and just overall quality of the place & people.

Friday early evening. 50 min on our order. Parking lot was full and moving! Service ok but had a ‘factory’ feel.2 separate Pizza bout as generic as can possibly be. Very blah,toppings sparse.

I order from here like one a month and they’ve only messed up once but immediately fixed it! I ordered a cheese pizza deliver because I don’t have a car and live across town. They accidentally made it a pepperoni so I called and told them. She said she’ll send a new one out free of charge and I asked what she would like for me to do with the other one and she said keep it! Today I got some and everything was perfect and the food was almost too hot *good thing* and there was a nice big juicy pepper!! It made my day today!!

No one is ever working there anymore! We order and go to pick it up and it’s another 30 min wait because one person is working there. Why? The quality of this store has seriously deteriorated. We won’t be coming back again!

We ordered pizza for a party hours ahead of time. We arrived a few minutes before the party was to begin to pick up the pizza so they would be hot. We were told it would be another half hour. When asked why, they said the orders only pop up 15 minutes before they’re ready and they had a lot of orders come in at the same time. We explained our problem, and they did not care. Poor customer service.
