we ordered a thin pizza with pepperoni and green peppers, onions on half. They put them on the whole pizza. Not only was it made wrong it wasn’t even cut I was able to pick the whole pizza and take a picture of it. On top of that our garlic bread sticks were not done it looked like cheese when we pulled them apart. The only positive thing was the employee that answered my angry call. They offered to remake our pizza or give us one at a later date.

Not enough people working as usual, called ahead was told 30 minutes, 50 minutes later we carried out our pizza. Plus when calling ahead, the order was taken by someone in another country who we could barely understand. Not good for the USA. Going to try and remember that and not order here any more.

Ordered a 3 topping large and a chocolate chip cookie dessert. The pizza was missing 1 of the toppings and the green peppers tasted horrible. The pizza looked like it had been through hell. Missing garlic butter. Even though I picked it up immediately, it was cold and looked old. They cut the pizza in 2 inch wide strips. Don’t know why.

WORST PAPA JOHN’S EVER. Ordered 11/05/22 delivery, 2 pizzas 1 papadia. Arrives looking smashed or dropped. Manager or someone emails me and tells me my order will be replaced for free but to call the store to get order placed for free. Call the store 11/21/22 for replacement order at 5:59pm. Put on hold to be transferred to “front office” for my “credit”. After 10 minutes waiting, I hang up and call again. 6:11pm, they don’t confirm address but say order will be there in about 45 minutes. 7:10pm, I call to find out where the order is, I am told it just went out the door. 7:38pm I receive a text saying they have low blood sugar, had to stop for a drink. I get it, I’m diabetic. 7:42pm pizza shows up. It’s barely warm and we’re missing ranch dip. I call the store back and they offer to send the ranch back out. I asked if they could send someone else because her blood sugar was low. They proceed to tell me DoorDash delivered the order, almost as if it were a question. This whole experience makes us never want to return. On top of that, it’ll be another 30+ for ranch, with only 1 delivery “ahead of me”! It’s now been 2 hours total for this order.
