My daughter ordered pizza over the phone and was going to pay cash. Wanting to be a nice mom, I called the store and paid for it over the phone with my credit card. The transaction went through…even shows up on the credit card statement. When the delivery guy arrived he told my daughter it wasn’t paid for and she needed to pay before receiving the pizza. So, she paid him but was not given a receipt. So we were charged twice for the pizza. When I called the store nothing was resolved in the end. I was informed by papa Johns this is a scam that the delivery people do. Then why use them to deliver your pizzas?? I am furious.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and the pizza they delivered was made incorrectly, so they sent me another one. That one was made incorrectly too. The manager then accused me of lying and insisting that they made them right. I had to drive out to the location and bring both pizzas with me just to get my money back for their consistent screw ups.

placed a delivery order via the app and it was supposed to be delivered via doordash. after receiving notification that it was delivered, i wasn’t able to locate my order – contacted the dasher and she stated it was delivered. contacted the store and spoke with manager jason (shoutout jason!) and he contacted doordash on our behalf to confirm that our order was stolen by our dasher and stated he would be putting in a replacement order for us. was at our doorstep 30 minutes later. BIG shoutout to jason for addressing and rectifying a situation caused by something out of his control – we’re super grateful!

As others have commented, quite horrible. Partnering with DoorDash, expect to get your pizza about an hour after it is made if you live nearby, and longer if not. Pizza Hut is far superior.

I have a bad experience every time I order here. Don’t think I’ll be doing it again. Tried too many times. They are never on time. This time I called for an update as they are about 15 min late and they said they never set it up for delivery and they use grubhub to delivery and had no idea when it would arrive. Last time they offered a free pizza and next time I called they said it there was no record of it. One time I even had to be in the middle of a dispute between the driver and the manager. Just order somewhere else and save yourself the headaches!

Ordered the family special. I did one pizza with regular dough and one pizza thin crust. Asked for only the regular dough pizza to have extra cook time. They did it for both. And were skimpy on the 3 topping pizza

More than an hour and a half later, our dinner isn’t ready. Oh, we already tipped thanks to the app. what… the… hell… Pay your workers so we don’t have to give a tip since you DIDNT drive it to my house.
