Honestly my order was made incorrectly but why I kept a 5 star review because the person who I spoke to Lindsey made it super easy to fix. And she went above and beyond to make sure it didn’t happen again by noting my account. I kept a 5star. Because mistakes happens. But when you handle them with genuine concern and desire to make it right. It did not change my satisfaction with the company as a whole. Great job Lindsey!

Placed an order for a pizza and bread sticks. 2 topping at that. Pretty simple. An hour and a half later and still no pizza. So I check the status again and it’s been sent to door dash. And now it’s another hour before my delivery is expected. I get it’s a Friday, but I could have ordered twice as much at halls pizza and it would have been here in 45 mins… absolutely trash service.

Stopped in the other day for their Customer Appreciation Day. It was a great deal, $6.99 for a Large Pizza.!! The pizza turned out great, it was so yummy!! Excellent service too, plus they were nice and friendly. Wait time was very short.

Apparently, when you call to order, the call is outsourced… The guy on the phone said it would be fifteen minutes. When we got there, we were told it would be an additional twenty five minutes. We left, and when we came back, it was an additional twenty minutes….very disappointing

The large supreme pizza that we had tonight from this place was FIRE!!!!!!! It was sooooooooooo good! I loved that they were not skimpy on the veggies! I will be going back. Most definitely! And while they accidentally gave our pizza to another customer and we had to wait longer – this pizza was well worth the wait.

The freshness of the ingredients is always very good. The staff is always friendly. However, it would be nice to be given two dipping sauces for the 6 piece wings and 2 dipping sauces for each papadias.
