National pizza chains have become somewhat of a staple for many of us nowadays. It’s quick, easy and convenient. The other day, I decided to order takeout from Papa Johns in Schererville, and the pizza was underwhelming. Not to say it was bad, but rather just ok, and overpriced honestly for fast food pizza ($24). I ordered “The Works”, the pepperoni, sausage, and veggies was mushy to be honest. The dough had a pleasant chew which I appreciated. The crust was decently crispy. Ok quality, but not worth it for the price. Better value elsewhere.

When all other pizza places were a mess, this pizza place came though. Little Caesars has 1 1/2 hour wait for pizza in Black Friday. Papa John’s picked the phone up immediately. The restaurant was organized and put together and ready to handle the rush. Thanks so much!

This is the pizza we ordered with no cheese, overcooked, and the sauce is too sweet. Try not to ever get thin crust. The manager was very nice about replacing it. It was better but still sweet. I guess I just don’t like Papa John’s. My suggestion is try to call the actual store. The person that took my order wasn’t listening to me, I had to keep repeating my answers. And before I could ask him another question he hung up on me. I won’t be going back. I feel like I wasted my money and I wish I could have gotten it back.

First time going there and ordered my pizzas watch to make them and I was told it would only take 12 minutes and it did and I took them all the way back to DeMotte Indiana and they were delicious

I’m not the type of person to complain and i tried to fix the problem before writing this. According to the manager “they put a specific amount of meat on each papadia” I don’t even think if they put any vegetables on there it would cover half of the crust. Very very disappointing.

I have never been to a papa John’s before I saw a commercial for buy a large pizza get I large pizza free so I thought I would give papa John’s a try for the first time I drove 20 min to you just to be told it’s online only that is just the stupidest thing ever. You lost me as a customer before I even became one must be a new record for losing a customer. I will never go to a papa John’s as long as I live properly not good anyways. Thanks anyway

This is the second time Papa John’s has messed up my order. This is my FAVORITE “fast food” pizza place, and what a huge disappointment it’s been as of late. Received pizza and brownie undercooked, doughy, and absolutely disgusting. Two times in a row ? Whats going on Papa John’s. Manager Diana was unprofessional and rude, store manager was unprofessional as well. i work in a restaurant and i know how customer service is supposed to go. Told me that I had to contact Uber Eats even though i ordered the pizza from them and they made it. Tbh i use to over PJ all the time and i will never be back. 0 customer service, 0 on food, 0 on overall rating. I’m absolutely speechless rn. Pls do better. 00000000!!!!!!!!
