We order pizza regularly form this site almost every week. Delivery has gotten really bad. Majority of the time the pizza is cold like it was not in a pizza bag and the butter is not liquid but rather a gel. When the driver gets to our door they just stand there. If we did not have a ring doorbell we would not know they are there. Or they call while they are standing at our door from an out of state number. We don’t answer numbers we don’t know because they are normally scammers. Do better!!!
***Edit after I contacted corporate I received a call from the regional manager and he was really nice listened to me and made it sound as if change where coming to happen like hiring drivers and stop using Door dash. We had noticed improvement but as of late the serve has some how manage to get worse and the food quality is lacking. They can’t seem to operate a cutter so the pizza we get has extreme differences in slice side. Some almost width of a pencil and other almost the size of 3 slices. If you look at the website and think bone wings look appetizing don’t get confused. You are just going to get some microwaved nuggets with a tablet of sauce in the middle. I can’t believe how little cares are given.

Now at 5 we called back and we where told we could not change the order and there was no knowledge of where our order even was. Now we had to cancel the order hopefully we will get out money back.

Honestly I had not had pizza from PapaJohns in years but was traveling home and stopped at a location just outside of Chicago.
Me and the spouse split a small pepperoni and the staff there were outstanding and the pizza was well cooked and not too expensive.
Was a great little unexpected side stop after about 12 hours of driving. I will always remember that PapaJohns lol.

1/6 employees were working when I showed up, then the power went out and they couldnt complete orders, they said I would get a refund and unsurprisingly the kid who wrote my name down with a highlighter never processed a refund. Place looked filthy anyways.

The manager was rude! Which is the lady with the glasses. I asked her if she could remake my pizza because it look a lil too crispy to me and hard. I did advise that this food was for my kids and that they would not eat it because it looked hard.
She refused to remake it and kept telling me that’s how their ovens were made and that all of their pizzas comes out the same when in fact it’s not true. She also told me that she didn’t want to waste another pizza and felt it would come out the same . I actually order from papa John’s all the time and I have never had an issue up u til now.
This girl does not need to be a manager because of how she handled the situation! I also had my 6 year old with me and told me she was not going to serve me all because I told her she was too young minded and was being argumentative!

I’m sick and tired of this papa John’s I ordered pizza for my family while I was at work and the quality check sucks bad take a look at what was left for me. Why did they even send this out looking this way. I spend a lot of money on pizza and I’m a quality customer smh

We placed a delivery order. Half an hour after it was supposed to be here, I called and they said they were dispatching it now. Another half hour later, I called back and they said it was on its way. Another half hour later, it finally arrived. We’ve already gotten other food to eat, and I don’t even know if I trust a pizza that was cooked at least an hour and a half ago and has been in a delivery bag for an hour.
The lady I spoke with at the store was very nice and helpful, but otherwise, a terrible experience. They use DoorDash delivery, so don’t even bother getting delivery from Papa John’s
