A Solid Pizza Experience
I recently ordered from Papa John’s Pizza on Fox Road, and overall, I was pleased with my experience.
The Good
1. Fast Delivery: My pizza arrived hot and fresh within the estimated delivery time.
2. Friendly Service: The delivery driver was courteous and friendly.
3. Quality Ingredients: Papa John’s is known for their “Better Ingredients, Better Pizza” slogan, and I could taste the difference. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were all fresh and flavorful.
The Not-So-Good
1. Crust Could Be Crisper: While the crust was cooked through, it was a bit softer than I prefer.
2. Limited Deals: I didn’t see many promotions or discounts available, which might make it less affordable for some customers.
Overall
Papa John’s on Fox Road delivers a solid pizza experience with quality ingredients and fast delivery. While there’s room for improvement on crust crispiness and pricing, I’d still recommend this location to pizza lovers.

As much as I enjoy PapaJohns pizza for my family based on the taste and deals available, I probably will stop coming here because this is the second location I’ve grown familiar with & notice how unsanitary it is. Pizza maker with no gloves, tossing pizza dough, will then move to check out and back to pizza making without washing or utilizing gloves Noticed this on at least 3 separate occasions, today is my last time witnessing such✌

So, I placed my order online and picked it up on time, I asked for a square cut. I’ve learned to look at my order before I leave the store. I realized that they tried to correct their mistake by cutting over the triangles into squares. I asked for a new pizza to be made and that I would be back to pick it up. This time I realized the crust was not garlic parmesan, so once again, they remade the pizza. I’m certain they are not paying attention to instructions. However, within 10 to 12 minutes, they had a fresh pizza, and they gave me the other pizza as well. I appreciate their efforts to make a wrong right!

Overall, the flavor is good, and we really enjoy the epic stuffed crust. That stated, the last two times we have requested light sauce as we always do. Each time the sauce has been heavy. I am not certain they are paying attention to the order.

I ordered a NY Style pizza and this is the quality of work this location provides! I’m severely disappointed because I keep giving you chances and you continuously fail me and my kids who love papa johns, but are going to love some Pizza Hut in the very near future. Please fix it or this customer is out!

Papa John’s never disappoints, and today’s experience was top-notch, thanks to Mike! The pizza was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, as always. Mike went above and beyond with his excellent customer service — he was friendly, helpful, and made sure my order was exactly what I wanted. It’s people like Mike that make this location stand out. Highly recommend Papa John’s, especially with Mike leading the way!

As a DoorDash driver, I have the luxury of visiting all of these fast food and restaurant establishments, and I can see the best or the worst of their customer service. If they can treat a driver with respect you already know they can treat a customer with the highest respect… This location does things the right way I give them to thumb thumbs up!

Absolutely horrible pizza. This is the second bad experience it just as many years. We decided to give this place another try and ordered a XL meat pizza and order of cheese stix. The website keep showing our pizza was in oven for the whole hour we waited. So they need to update status while using the app. When the door dash driver showed up our food was luke warm at best, after waiting a hour. Our pizza and cheese Stix had bare minimum cheese on it. Some of the slices had bare spots with only pizza sauce(picture included). Needless to say, we will not order another pizza from this Papa Johns establishment.
