Ordered 2 pizzas today (the works and a pepperoni and banana pepper, both with stuffed crust). We ordered early, before 5 p.m. I was happy to see Pappa John’s was going to deliver the pizza, so on top of the 6 dollar delivery fee, I tiped 20% (10 bucks). But shortly after, I was notified my delivery would be completed with Doordash… I was not overly impressed.
My pizza waited at the store for about 15 minutes before picked up. When it arrived both pizzas were soggy, the ingredients just fell off the crust, and to make it even better, the pizza wasn’t fully cut: adding to the tearing and toppings falling off. Even on our two topping pizza, nothing stayed put due to the soggy crust and uncut dough.
For almos $60, this was very underwhelming on quality level, taste, and overall satisfaction. Up until now, the pizza has been “good enough”, but considering how much we paid and how disappointed we were, I think this will be our last order.
There are too many pizza places to settle for over priced and under value!

I am a regular and I have to say hands down Teressa is an amazing worker in there. She is so kind ,very helpful, and cares. She gets you what u need and get you out of the store in a fashion timely manner!! She actually cares about us customers . Thanks Teressa for being such a hard working caring person! We need more people like you.

The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced tonight from this location. I ordered three papa bowls 2 Italian Trio and then be customized bowl. The first problem is there is no meatballs on the Italian Trio and the second issue I s the bowls are not full. I called the store to complain about my order I spoke with a lady name Caitlyn and told her there was no meatballs on my bowls. So they replaced my order. Now the second order comes and the cycle repeats itself again no meatballs and the bowls are not full see below. This time I asked to speak to a manager and I get a guy name Nate and I asked him what’s the deal with the meatballs why aren’t they in my bowl he tells me the meatballs are shredded and that they shred all of their meats when it’s a low supply. Ummm sir why I wasn’t told that the first time I called and complained at least I would’ve known that unacceptable customer service. I requested a refund and was denied a refund I spent over $30 dollars and I EXPECT for my order to be right along with great customer service. I’m a frequent customer that orders on a regular from this location they can pull my order history no lie. I’ve never had to complain but this is ridiculous poor customer service. I’m leaving this review as a unhappy customer. Gina the GM will be hearing from this is not how you do business.

This isn’t the 1st bad experience. I cannot believe that someone would let something like this even leave their building(see attached photos). All of their staff is very rude and unapologetic. If I could give them 0 star I would. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. After this experience, never again. If I want papa John’s from now on I’ll order carryout from another location.

I ordered 4 pizza’s at full price for a company Christmas party and only one was cooked and cut properly. Two of the pizza’s were under cooked and not fully cut. The worst pizza out of the four was burnt so bad that it didn’t even taste like a papa johns pizza and it also was very hard to rip apart.
Called the store the next day and the manager was very nonchalant and unapologetic about the whole situation. After sitting on the phone for minutes he agreed to refund half of the order but I declined the offer. Its unfortunate because I’ve never had any problems with this papa johns but after this experience I will not be returning.

Their app said my food was delivered. There was nothing at my front door. Called to fix the issue just to be told to call a different phone number to get a refund because they would not re-deliver the food. After calling the CS they are telling me that the main store needs to give me a refund and call them. Why do I have to jump through all these hoops for the company’s mistake and incompetence?

This doesn’t even deserved a start. At 12:22 pm yesyerday, I ordered a sausage pizza and said I wanted it delivered. At 1:30 pm I called Papa John’s and spoke to the same lady I talked to who took my order, she said it was accidentally marked as carry out. I asked if they could make another pizza. And she said no
I angrily hang up the phone and immediately within seconds, she called right back, she said they will re make the pizza but will need my credit card again. I said can I get a discount? She said I’m already getting a 35% discount, which btw was a 35% off coupon I gave her so the answer was no. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and that there’s nothing she can do. Her name was Orrey or Ariana. When I received my pizza after 2pm I cant believe how dry it looked. When I picked up the slice of pizza, the sausages fell off the pizza. I didn’t even see the cheese. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a food joint. I took a picture of the pizza and I wish I could post it so I can show you guys how pathetic the pizza looked and taste but this site won’t let me add pictures

Ordered a few pizzas and garlic knots for dinner. Delivery was fast, but confusing? The Papa John’s website routed me to DoorDash, which has never happened to me before when ordering from any Papa John’s (I ordered through the PJ site, I don’t use DoorDash). My order then displayed as “Cancelled.” I went back to my order confirmation email to bring the Papa Tracker back up. The Tracker said it was ‘On the Way,’ and it was. I received my order a few minutes later from a PJ employee, not a Dasher.
I’m not sure what the reason for all of that was? Perhaps the Dasher they tried to contact cancelled on them? In any event, our food was still delivered quickly. The order was correct and everything looked and tasted just fine. (This was our first order ever from this location, and we also ordered on Easter.)

We ordered delivery, and it came in a timely fashion, and the order was correct. However, the garlic stuffed crust was not at all garlic, tasted just regular. Our pizza was SO undercooked. We had to put it in the oven, and it barely had any cheese on it, so the toppings just fell off while eating it. Disappointing especially for the price.
