Was door dashing and got 2 orders from this papa John’s. The employee that was working informed me he was canceling all door dash orders because they were too busy. No one was even making any pizzas.

Ate one slice of pizza and started feeling sick, not realizing that the pizza was infested with weevils! if you don’t know what those are, they’re tiny beetles usually found in flour or grains, and not only did I not know what these are because I’ve never seen/had them in my life, but I never placed the pizza anywhere near my own dry products. It’s clear papa johns on Perry Rd has an infestation, presumably in their flour or dough. I don’t want a new pizza, I just wanted you all to know they have bugs and not only am I never eating from them again, but I’m also seeking legal action.

The worst pizza I have ever ordered in my entire life. We ordered pizza thru grub hub and received the pizza sitting outside our doorstep and upon opening the pizza the crust that papa John’s prides itself of claiming that its the most important part of the pizza, was burnt. Called the store spoke to manager, he said there’s nothing they can do about it since it was ordered thru grubhub. I am appalled/disappointed and find this so hard to believe. How could someone send out a pizza pile with absolutely burnt crust knowing you personally can’t even eat a burnt pizza! I am still amazed at this nonchalant, uncaring, and selfish act. To make matters worse NOTHING they can do about it! SMH.

Just trying to figure out how I can order a BBQ chicken pizza and there was no sauce or cheese. I had to call twice because the first time they took the phone off of the hook and then hung up. The second time I called, I told him what happened and his response was “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
I’m sure you don’t… He didn’t have a driver to send the pizza to make up for it, so I was credited the cost of the pizza, thanks for that.
Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. To the employees working if you hate your job so much, find something else to do. Stop taking your frustrations out on the customers, we didn’t do it, your life choices got you here. I should have done my research before ordering and I wouldn’t be frustrated with myself. I hope this helps one person.

Not sure what happened ordered online $60 order pizza was not cooked didn’t get my 2 L two of them the whole order was made wrong. I’m going to get a refund for my whole order I have to take the food back to them because nobody’s answering the phone I suggest you never order from this Papa John’s. Ordered in advance for an easy dinner night and when delivery time came still no pizza called the store and after 20 minutes of being on hold got no answer so I drove to the store to be told my order just left the building… Drive home and beat the delivery driver by 20 minutes!!! I live 5 minutes from the store!!!!! The pizza wasn’t cut all the way nor made properly save yourself time and just order elsewhere I know I’ll go to CJs from now on

Ordered pizzas thru app. It was ready before I got there. Walked inside and the girl at the counter asked me to wait, while she stickered boxes and told her coworkers about her reactions to medication. After a couple of minutes, I asked her again for my pizzas. She explained she had to get the stickers done so when the pizzas came out , the cook had a box to put them in. While waiting for my now warm pizzas, I noticed no hairnets, beard nets or gloves being worn, workers constantly talking over pizzas being made. Gross, we won’t be back.

I had a surprise birthday party for a friend and I went to the best Papa John’s ever! Shelby was amazing! She helped me decide what size of pizza to order and gave what discount she could! We need more people like Shelby working in restaurants. The delivery made by Chuck was also amazing! I will definitely be doing more business here and many of the people who attended the party. Everyone loved the pizza! Thank you so much Shelby and Chuck!
