Never seen a manager over react so childishly and hitting the computer monitor with a temper tantrum. And later walks off to talk shit about the customer with other fellow employees. I noticed some of them gone after I said something as well. Like half the kitchen staff were away all of a sudden. I’m calling corporate thanks to another Papa Johns manager helping me out with that and agreed it was not okay. But I will give props to the gentleman that at the cash register for being by far more mature than her. I’ve seen this guy for a few years always being the most kindest person in the building. He should be the manager, he has always been so respectful to every customer. Even when I got off work from the bar next door, he would be so nice genuine.

Super awesome late night staff, and super fast. Kind good looking employees only outdone by their patient phone team and managent who went OUT OF HER WAY to help me last minute before they closed. Technically she could have refused my order but they made it happen just in time also, Matt the delivery driver= really exceptional and understanding about an issue I had and again out of their way to see a pizza to me when they really didn’t have to at all. They all deserve raises.

I placed an online order at 2:54 for pickup at 5. I showed up at 5 to pick up our meal and the guy working said that they were closed for the day and didn’t have our pizzas done. When I asked why no one called me to tell me before I wasted the gas (20 miles round trip) to pick up our dinner that wasn’t ready. He blamed another department and said someone else should’ve called and that isn’t at the store. Very unprofessional for mediocre pizza. We were using papa bucks or else we would’ve never gone there to begin with for supper. I can assure you, we will never be back to this location if we ever decide to go back to Papa John’s at all.

This was my first time ordering from this Papa Jon location since we moved down here five months ago got on the phone with some oriental woman who obviously didn’t understand what I was ordering. Took me 10 minutes to place my order. She said she had placed it and my husband stopped by there 20 minutes later and they never received our order or so they said. The lady in front of my husband had the same issues they told her that they would give her a pizza that she didn’t even order and she just turned around and walked out. This is terrible if you’re gonna hire somebody, please hire someone that can speak English and understand it. You just ruined for me from ever coming back to your restaurant.

The pizza has been consistently raw for months. They are too busy to fix their pizza oven. I will take the extra time and money and only order CJ’s pizza in plainfield. Their food always seems to be properly cooked and high quality. We won’t be ordering Papa Johns again.

I ordered online. The delivery man was nice. The pizza was not that great. It was barely warm, for one thing.
My husband said it was like eating crust only and he dipped it in the garlic sauce. To me it was like eating pineapple and tough crust. Very little maranera on it either. Disappointing, so I doubt we will order another pizza from them anytime soon. A lot of money for pizza and then when you get it, it’s a big disappointment. Sad
