What happened to Papa John’s??? It’s been awhile since I’ve ordered from here and wow, I’m utterly disappointed in what we received. Mind you, there are other options for pizza so you’d think they’d keep their game up. 100% NOT the case. As soon as we opened the boxes, we were confused and really upset with what we saw. Worse than frozen pizza. Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and a philly cheesesteak. Toppings on the 2nd one was so skimpy (cheesesteak is a PREMIUM so they charge you more and there was so little!!!). The crust on both were SO flat… these were regular, no thin (do they even offer thin? wouldnt know) Overall, we won’t be back until this place somehow straightens up their situation. Terrible value, and just as disappointing in taste. Also, ordered from their app, they deliver via Doordash which, doesn’t sync. Your money is probably better spent elsewhere.

Very poor customer service.
Had a late night at work. Got home and the kid wanted pizza, I placed an online order with Papa John’s.
Got in my car and drove there. The pizzas were already prepared and sitting on the rack.
As I walked in someone yelled be with you in a minute, and then proceeded to make pizzas for new customers. After I stood there 10 minutes looking at my food sitting on the rack and the person was starting to make another pizza. I asked if I could just get my food and go. She said in another second and proceeded to make another pizza. Finally, another guy came out of the back room + asked me who I was got my name. I showed him where my pizzas were and said I just want to go. This whole process took longer than them to cook my pizza.
I can’t wait for Chicago Pizza to open up in town because customer service means everything to me.

Place is fine, and probably the best damn pizza place in Martinsville. The other reviews are just reaalllyyy nit-picky. If you are in the mood for a pizza, want it pretty quick, and want it to taste pretty good, then hey, stop by here.

Hi im a resident here in Martinsville indiana. Just letting people know this pappa johns is very shady ti say the least. They defrauded us of their product and when talked to a manager he was rude and cicky almost proud of whst he had done!

Ordered my food at 7pm the app said would be here by 8pm the app said my food was on its way by 8:30 they transferred it to door dash. When I called to ask why it was taking so long the manager said to call DoorDash and make a complaint with them because she didn’t want to take the blame for it. That is a horrible mentality to have. Then when the door dash driver showed up at 9pm I asked if they tipped her and they did not give her a tip they took the tip I gave. Shame on you papa John’s do better. I’ll definitely not be ordering there anymore and I would highly advise against it

Front counter guy was rude and SO SHORT!!!! Asked for specials was told go online!!! I am from Canada and cantbhe basically did not care if wasnt so sunny and HOT would have left my rating is a complete zero as with Washington Indiana location!!!!! NO WONDER people from Canada are boycotting the US its not just President Trump its SOME of the workers WOW… NEXT time will bring my own food

This was our first visit in over a year and I regret it greatly. So poorly made that it wasn’t edible and had to be thrown out. It was a veggie pizza and 90% of the toppings were just plopped in the middle and it was so soggy it couldn’t be picked up. Tried baking it some more to dry it out, but it didn’t work. Happily going back to a Papa John free life and will encourage others to do the same.
