They did a good job resolving my issue. I’ve ordered from here 3 or 4 times and this was the final straw they always forget my dipping cups. It’s not the cost that matters they are only like 99cents. But it’s a principle thing. I called and spoke with the manager who assured me she packed the dipping cups, amd gave them to the driver and I never got them. They resolved the problem and were very polite about it. Way to go for great customer service. Thank you.

Love that this newer location is much closer to our home. When we order delivery, it always arrives ahead of schedule, often before the PapaTrack says it’s even out of the oven. This is one of the few places that will successfully make my kids weird pizza with cheese and no sauce.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! I wish I could rate this store negative stars. Waited for 30 minutes on hold and the store will not pick up the phone. No door washer will pick up my order from the store so I get to sit with a thumb up my rear. Canceled the order and they won’t even give me a refund. They offered to let me pick it up, but it’s not like I can park a truck with a 53 foot trailer in their parking lot. Thanks for wasting my time and stealing my money. NEVER AGAIN.

I got 2 “papadias” and they were 2 super thin slices of pizza with barely any toppings on them. They looked like they sat out all day, then preceeded to get ran over by a semi, then put into the box. Not only that, they were lukewarm even when we got them as soon as it said it was ready. 20 dollars for 4 slices of pizza slapped together? What an absolute joke. Workers just stare at you, have an attitude, and make shitty pizza. This is the new location on north green street by the way. Complete waste of time and money.
