This store (146th Street, Noblesville) was my favorite Papa John’s. For the second time in a row our pizza was horrible. We ordered a large thin and it was brittle with little sauce and cold. Not pleased in anyway.

I love this Papa John’s and I love that it’s never overly busy when I go. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to get an order. The team is always friendly and the food is always so hot on pickup that it can hurt my thighs if I hold it on the drive home (this makes it the perfect temperature by the time I get home).

So first and foremost I’ll admit that i ordered the wrong items this evening I was looking to get the 6:99 pairings and by mistake ordered the 8.00 papadillas one pepperoni and the other spicy Italian sausage based on the size of them they should be like 4.00 dollars a piece especially when you can order a medium 1 topping for 6.99. The quality and taste wasn’t that great so I don’t believe you were doing it Better. I’m a regular customer but was dissatisfied with product and price and yes I again admit I ordered wrong. That’s on me So Lessoned Learned but if Pizza Hut can make a pizza flat bread for 5 bucks you should be able to follow suit. Hope ya take this into consideration to lower the Papadilla Price because it’s not worth the Price. Thanks Dissatisfied Customer

If I could give zero stars, I would. Papa John’s not only completely botched my order, but they had the audacity to hand me someone else’s uncut, cold pizza. That’s right—not my order, not fresh, and not even cut! How does that even happen?
To make matters worse, when I called to get this fixed, I was met with nothing but excuses and zero urgency. A pizza place that can’t get a simple order right, let alone ensure basic quality control, is beyond disappointing. It’s downright ridiculous.
If you want to roll the dice on getting a cold, random pizza that someone else probably didn’t want either, by all means, order from here. But if you expect your order to be correct, warm, and edible, go somewhere else.

I’m very disappointed in this store. I ordered my pizza and cheese sticks ahead of time for a set time for delivery and they were 20 minutes late. Then my pizza was not like the picture I ordered the Jack-O-Lateran Pizza and they put a sad face on it and barely any pepperoni. Even if they are busy on Halloween this is not acceptable!

As soon as I walk in, they know my order. The young G and lady (not sure if she’s a manager or not) that usually run the register provide A1 EXCELLENT service!!!

Store uses door dash for delivery which often means cold pizza. If you can’t hire and pay drivers don’t offer delivery as a service just so you can offload responsibility onto a third party with absolutely no accountability. We can’t even rate the drivers like we could on an actual door dash order.

8.99 pick up special is a great deal. Highly recommend well done pizza so that’s it the perfect crust. Been ordering for two years now and always have my pizza ready in 20 mins or less
