I ordered a pizza for delivery today, and unfortunately it arrived in very poor condition — completely damaged, as if it had been handled with no care at all. The product was not suitable for consumption, and therefore I couldn’t eat it.
I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but as a customer I expect my order to arrive properly packaged and intact. This experience was truly disappointing.
I respectfully request a refund, as the order was delivered in an unacceptable state.
I will be attaching photos of the condition in which the pizza was delivered so you can see exactly what I received.
I hope you can improve the way your products are handled and delivered to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Pizza was greasy It was dripping off it. They also gave my order to another delivery driver but I never received it. The second delivery driver had to wait for them to make it again. I called them, they never offered any compensation for their mistake. Papa Johns quality has gone down hill. I would not recommend anymore.

Walked in to pick up my order, stood there at the register for 10-15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Watched one of the employees in a red shirt drop a few pizza pans on the floor, then he picked them up, walked over to the counter where they were assembling pizzas and then put them in the rack hanging off the wall. I was done, I left. Went to one of the other pizza places in town. Paid more, but at least it was better customer service and I didn’t witness them pick dirty dishes off the floor to use them.

So The service on this review is about the driver The driver went above and beyond. My app said that the food had been delivered to the wrong address I proceeded to call the store to speak to a manager, was put on hold twice they set the phone down I could hear everything going on and no one ever came to the phone. After about an hour I went to the store immediately the lady that was the manager was rude told me it was going to be another 35 to 40 minute wait and act like I was the problem because my pizza was delivered to the wrong address I guess. While I’m there my ring doorbell goes off and it’s the driver with my food Long story short save the headache Don’t go to Papa John’s. As I’ve seen the same review several times before me.

Top tier garbage management and service. Over one hour on hold combined with management and corporate to get this figured out. Placed an order online and it was cancelled immediately. Figured, hey, probably just an online issue right? WRONG
Called the store to place my order and was greeted by some guy that sounded drunk, slurring words, I had to repeat myself more than too many times just to get my order placed. Finally I get my order through and see that I was charged on my card. BUT WAIT THERES MORE, they double charged my card. I ask about this and the guy then tells me my order is now gone and he can’t find it in the system, absolutely ridiculous. He then forwarded me to the store manager who tells me they’ll get it figured out. NOPE, lady complete forgot she had me on hold, I could hear her in the background talking with other employees completely oblivious to the fact that she still had me waiting after 15 minutes. I hang up, call the store back only to be told by some other person who I have not yet previously spoken to that there is nothing they can do and I need to call corporate. So, I call corporate and this was handled with more holds but was eventually figured out.
But still, here I am, $100 in the hole and STILL NO FREAKING PIZZA
To make a long story short, this place sucks, don’t order from here.

Everytime I go the food is either undercooked, overcooked, takes longer than the projected time, or wrong. Last night I placed an order around 6pm, the website said it’d be done around 6:22-6:32. I was waiting in the store at 6:30, no one acknowledged me or asked for my name to tell me how long it’d take. They only had 3 people working and one of them was the general manager because they are so short staffed. Around 6:45, they turned off online ordering because they were so behind, which prompted phone calls and the workers had to step away to tell people they were running 1.5 hours behind. I finally got my order at 7pm, and rushed out without checking because I had plans that I was running late to, only to discover my order was wrong. I ordered a medium half bacon pizza and order of breadsticks, and they gave me a half pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. Also, they were missing at least 6 ceiling tiles, so it didn’t look good. This was my 3rd time to try them in the 8 years I’ve lived here, I will not return.

The Poppa John’s in Lebanon Indiana stop delivering to my house. They said i live to far from the store. I only live five miles away!! The first four or five years it was ok to deliver and I always tipped the driver and never complained if they screwed up my order.
