Very disappointed. My order arrived burnt, I called the store and the person I spoke to advised that, she didn’t know how that could have happened, and advised that it wasn’t burnt when it left the store. She gave me a store credit. I ordered the same items three days later. I received my order about an hour later, and it too was burnt, and the inside was cold. I sent pictures to their regional office. I received an apology from regional and a code for another meal, I think I’ll just pass.

I wanted to change my review. I havent eaten here in years.. Until the new GM Chris took over… He is Amazing. Super nice, caring, and always makes sure the customer is happy. And the food is WAY better quality now!

I called to place a pickup order. I have been a regular here for about 2 years so I typically order the same thing. There was a lot of confusion on my order and The gentleman i was on the phone with advised that he was new and didn’t know what I was talking about. I believe his name was jay or tj. I kindly asked to be connected with someone else and he mumbled the word “bi***” then hung up on me. I will never come back again.

These people just hung up on me after telling me they couldn’t take my order online or over the phone because they was slammed and only had 2 people working. I called at 9:30pm on Friday and they tell me they close at 10pm. Hmmmmm,Papa needs to teach his little smurfettes some manners!!!!!

Delivery is looooong. Last time I checked they were using a delivery service instead of drivers. 120 min wait and they cancelled our order 20 minutes after we got our confirmation email. Not sure what has changed but the past few times we ordered delivery it was a super long wait time.

Absolutely ridiculous service here! I did an online order at 5:50pm and scheduled pick up at 7:00pm. Went to pick the pizzas up and they weren’t even started. Apparently they don’t do scheduled pickups but online gives you the option to schedule when you want to pick it up? Poor communication and rude! Won’t be ordering from Frankfort location ever again, as this was the second time this has occurred for me.

I spend over $400 a month yall got me hooked on the chicken poppers they are the best but when they use door dash due to lack of drivers I get the shaft. example I ordered last night bout ($30) did not get the 2 20oz sodas they where on the stickers on the containers the food come in.
