I ordered two large pizzas and received two medium pizzas. Please see the pictures for proof. I worked for Papa John’s for five years, and I was made aware of certain management using medium dough when large dough was either out or under proofed. Spoke with manager and of course she denied it. This place is horrible with its current management.

This papa John’s is amazing. The lady who took my order and made my food made it with love. I used to be an AGM of a pizza place, and i can say every topping down to the sauce was placed perfectly and with care. Thank you guys for an amazing lunch!!

For deliveries, tip good and your food will be hot. Only problem I have are the bread sticks. You will either receive the perfect bread stick or something that has gone through the oven twice. Very rarely do I receive good bread sticks. Almost every time they have been through the oven twice.

This was the best. I ordered pep, sausage, peppers, extra cheese… stuffed crust. Extra sides.. THIS BLEW MY MIND! I’ve never had a pizza from Papa John’s like this. Thank you 96th st. It was amazing! Soo cheesy and well done and everything was perfect.

Another update: This Papa John’s is doing better with time lately. Is still like to have less edge crust on typical traditional pizza, but maybe the extra crust is just their signature.
Update: Papa track said 19-27 minutes. Actual time was 72 minutes.
Open the box and check the pizza before you get home with it to your family. Extra cheese didn’t even cover the pizza and half toppings were more like 3/8 of the pizza. The kids still ate it so all was not lost.

I’ve ordered from here twice since I’ve been out of town. Both times there has been maybe enough sauce and cheese for a pizza half the size. The location I typically order from is in my opinion way better. I only ordered a second time thinking the first was just bad luck. Apparently not. Maybe a management/quality issue?

This place has went from “Zero to Hero”
I posted a 1-star review several years ago at this location. I had ordered several times, and was more disappointed each time until i finally made a review and swore this place off….
Fast forward to now, my wife insisted that this place has changed and i am missing out by not ordering from here ever again…… So, finally i ordered $100 worth of Pizza for my family, and i was blown away by how good it was. But, a broken clock is right twice a day and maybe it was a fluke. So, ive ordered consistently for several weeks and this place gets better each time I order.
I have never seen a Restuarant go from so bad, to so good without going out of biz, and re-opening. This location has became amazing, and they make amazing pizza. It is the best pizza you can order south of Chicago. I cant say it enough how impressive and how high this location has stepped there game up. To find better pizza than this you would have to go to a Italian gourmet pizza place.
Look at the dates on the negative reviews. They are all from years ago. This restuarant may have the same name, but they have completely turned it around.

This Papa John’s is a carry-out location. They always have our pizza just right. The Buffalo sauce with grilled chicken is a really good combo. We got the stuffed crust and the cheese in the crust is stretchy without being too stringy and adds a lot of flavor. We love dipping the stuffed crust in the garlic butter cup that come with the pizza.

This pizza gave little Caesars extremely upset. The man in the front was extremely unprofessional. The place was not clean. Like I’m not sure if he needed more training or what but I’m extremely upset don’t purchase.
