Trying to order from this location is a joke. The last two times I’ve tried to order online, customer service calls 15 mins after placing my order to tell me that the transaction could not be completed due to the location being out of root beer, or wings, or something I’ve selected. They tell me they would have to cancel my current order and I’d have to go back and reorder everything minus whatever items were out stock. I tried to place another order today, and the same thing happened again. I understand items run out, but they need to find a better way to update their online inventory or allow customer service to fix the order on their end. Until then, I’ll be taking an extended hiatus ordering from this location.

I placed my order online and the corporate number called to tell me to tell me that the order couldn’t be completed due to the root beer that was selected is no longer stocked. I said that’s not a problem. We could change it to another soda or complete remove it from the order. I was then told that it couldn’t be done and my order would have to be canceled then re-ordered. All over a 2-liter? I will not order from Papa John’s again.

We ordered online, the double take deal – two large, two topping pizzas for $19.99. We customized one pizza to be a stuffed crusted Philly cheesesteak. Somehow the deal didn’t go through and we only received the customized pizza. We called to the store and spoke with Trey, he tried, however, but he wanted us to pay another $20 for the second pizza. We then spoke to Logan, the manager on duty, and he said we would have to pay $8.99. Why should we pay when it was supposed to be part of the deal? Logan gave the excuse that it was because we ordered the stuffed crust and that it wasn’t part of the deal, even though that was one of the few options given. I ended up going to the store and Logan did decide to give us the second pizza for no charge. I will also add that while on the phone, Logan deliberately put my wife on hold for 7 minutes. Trey picked up the phone and was surprised that she was still on hold. Logan had an attitude the entire phone call and was unwilling to budge until I went in. We will refrain from ordering Papa John’s for a while.
