All of the vegetables on our pizza were raw. They made the pizza and then added the veggies without putting it back in the oven. When I picked up the first slice, all the toppings fell off. Every slice after the first did the same thing. It would really be nice if people working in a restaurant had a little more care with the job they chose!

Guys.. you clearly have people in here that don’t give a shit about anything. Pizza was cut into crazy looking slices, toppings are missing from half the pieces, ordered the garlic parm crust and it wasn’t made right so they just squirted some on top of the crust and didn’t bake it. It’s pretty sad that I can go to little Caesar’s and get a better looking and tasting pizza for a cheaper price. If you’re going to charge 20$+ for a pizza then make it right! Do better or get some different employees.

I tried to get a pizza from this location and Liz The manager has a bad attitude. As well as had the nerve to call me a name walking out of the store they had a sign up, asking to go to the rear of the store and have people walking directly through the kitchen. I seen people inside the lobby. The floors were drying. I had zero clue she immediately got an attitude with me. Then when I came around, I asked her for her name and her managers name and she said just leave. Absolutely ridiculous I hope to hear from Ben the supposed general manager. She continued to wanna argue with me out the door and I said literally just quit arguing I’m just trying to pick up my dinner. Please check me out.

This is probably the 6th “Oops” card they have sent us in 2 months. We have had issue after issue, I can’t for the life of me understand the issues at this store. The pizza comes with either next to no toppings, like our 6 pepperoni pizza we received a few weeks back, or it is (the most common issue) pizza that is on over proofed dough that hasn’t been properly docked (if at all) and stretched to a size that it wasn’t intended to be like a medium dough made into a large, or the pizza has taken like 75-90 minutes to head out for delivery and the app keeps pushing back the ETA for delivery 30 minutes at a time. Like we don’t use Door Dash so why is it OK to make us wait for a Dasher or expect us to be ok with a Dasher that is doing like multiple stops and pickups between your store and my home? If I wanted to waste my time with that noise I would order on DoorDash and not from you guys.. but have you any clue what over proofed and over stretched dough looks like??? Here’s a pic for you, pizza too thin in the middle and bubbled out of shape but again so thin EVERYTHING slides off all over you as you try to eat it! I used to be a manager at this store like 12-13 yrs ago and the ONLY reason I bother ordering is my autistic 8 yr old will only eat McDonald’s and Papa John’s… the couple nights a week I have her we are forced to endure this sub par service. Perhaps I should just start driving to Pendleton, since they are a different franchise, Muncie is also owned by Bajco and religiously offers the same issues. This is a shame because I can remember when this didn’t fly at that store… I would hate to think my quitting to get a better job would run a business to such poor operational standards.

I ordered from DoorDash because this location doesn’t deliver to me. $30 BEFORE tip for a small Hawaiian and small cheese bread. The quality was horrible. Somehow when they baked them, all the toppings either fell off or shifted to one side. So only half of each item had toppings on it. Someone took these out of the oven, looked at them and boxed them anyway. Complained to DoorDash and got $7 refunded, which barely covered the tip. 100% not worth the money, very disappointing.

Haven’t had a good pizza from here in a while the quality just keeps going farther and farther downhill they seem to be incapable of putting together your order correctly and the customer service is despicable. You’re better off a frozen pizza from the Kroger down the street

I ordered 2 ultimate pepperoni pizzas with stuffed crust amd a few other items. I went picked them up got home, gave my 6 year old daughter piece of pizza only to find out after she took a bite that the pizza wasnt fully cooked and the dough was still raw and soggy.
