This is our first time ordering from this location. My son didn’t want the mushrooms on the pizza as I went to pick them off I literally picked off a chunk of mulch! Then I noticed all the mushrooms were covered in dirt!! When I called they said that it was impossible. Take a look! I will never order from here again. I said I could bring it in so they could look for themselves.

Delivered almost 45 minutes after the DoorDash driver picked it up. I ordered on their app. I did not choose for DoorDash to deliver it. She picked up multiple other people’s orders and drove around with my food in the backseat and there is nothing Papa Johns could do there was no way for them to contact anyone or contact the driver. I did not ask for DoorDash to deliver my food. I ordered through the Papa Johns app and wanted Papa John’s to do the work if I wanted DoorDash, I would order through DoorDash.

1st time ordering from this new location. Ordered online and husband picked it up. Ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza,… opened it when he got it home and got a nasty mushroom pizza instead! How the hell does someone mix that up?! Box literally said Pepperoni and Bacon! Are they even reading the orders??
Wasn’t given my 2 liter of pop either I ordered. Will not order from this location again. Ridiculous to make such a big mistake!. From the looks of the other reviews this location won’t last long….unless maybe they hire new employees that can read and comprehend an order! But I doubt that..

Ordered pizza and bread sticks for delivery on 12/19 to be delivered at 1245pm. Order arrived at 120pm. Cold. Wrong pizza. Here’s the wild thing. In the correct box and they followed the cut in squares direction we requested but it’s the complete wrong pizza. Called and was offered to send the correct pizza (already 45 mins past the requested time) or redeem a free pizza in the future. I chose the 2nd option and was told next time I order to call and let them know who I am and I’ll get my pizza. (Sounds like it will be a breeze) First experience great, this one not so great. Makes you question the QA before orders go out the door for my special request done on the wrong pizza in the correct box. There are so many other options for pizza in town including local options. Guess I know what to do in the future.

I ordered and paid for 2 large pizzas and what I received was 2 medium sized pizzas, when I went back in they grabbed the pizzas I paid for and refused to admit they were wrong, refused to let me even have the wrong ones. All this during a snow storm 01/14/2026 around 3 pm. No they were not busy, just rude and disrespectful. Literally brought the receipts see attached photos.
