2 bad experiences in a row. After first time they gave me a free large 2 topping pizza. Used that coupon today. When I opened my box my toppings were all on one side of the pizza. The center was raw and not edible. I will not be back.

I wish there was a less than one star. I’ve paid for chicken pineapple and jalapeno pizza twice in a row and received no jalapenos and it has been different months. Now I have to eat pineapple chicken pizza. Thanks .. I don’t have time to go back and have it remade. I only have enough time in my day to pick food up and eat it and go to sleep. Do better.

Ordered a large pizza and buffalo wings for carry on out, the order was scheduled for pickup at 3:30-3:40pm, I arrived at 4:00pm to pick my order. The employee informed me that they accidentally gave my food to a doordash driver, they needed to remake my food and it would be about 15 mins, I asked for a discount and the employee told me half of my order amount will be back on my card in 3-5 days. I came back after 20 mins to pick up my food, food was ready, pizza was very sloppy looking, missing cheese and pepperoni in spots, also wasn’t cut into 8 full slices properly. 0/10 do not recommend and I will not be coming back to this location.

actually zero ⭐️’s. this place is horrible now! do not recommend! we used to order weekly but no more! our last order was papa bowls with extra cheese pepperoni green peppers onions . one is overflowing with toppings and the other hardly has ANYTHING!

Love their pizza but two bad experiences in a row.
First one was due to the fact they use Doordash for deliveries. I actively avoid door dash. The driver dropped my order off on the porch, didn’t knock or text me they delivered, even though they were texting me the entire time. Something told me to look outside after so long, and my food was just sitting out there in the cold. Contacted papa johns and they did very little about it.
Second bad experience, I order at 530p for a 645p delivery. By 7p I call the store and was on hold for 40mins, still no delivery in sight. I hang up, call again, was connected in 5 mins. At this point I want to cancel my order bc worker says it is not even on the way, at this point, an hour after scheduled delivery time. How?

Ordered on the app and then the delivery gets pushed to DoorDash. I asked the delivery driver to please make sure our sauces are there because a lot of times we don’t get it. He said “I was told they are in the sealed box”. He delivered, we open the box and it’s the wrong pizza and no sauces. Called the store, the guy who answered was so quick to blame the mess up on the door dash woman and said she switched two orders around. I told him that the sticker on the box is correct but the pizza inside it is wrong, also we had a man deliver not a woman so this was on them, not DoorDash. He told me they would void the first order and to reorder everything. So now I’m expected to tip a second delivery driver because they screwed up? And they were so rude to my second delivery driver in the store. I understand now why they have to run so many promotions, because no one wants to order and deal with them!
Major props to my DoorDash drivers though, I appreciate the hell out of them.

This is how my pizza was delivered through door dash.. when I ordered through official Papa John’s website ! Papa John’s said I would have to contact door dash for my tip back even though it was not through door dash that I ordered.. I highly recommend against ordering from this store!

I paid extra money to order through their app to avoid DoorDash. They redirected my order to DoorDash even though I paid a $5.49 delivery fee for their OWN driver to deliver it plus a $5 tip. That is an extra $10.49. DoorDash is terrible at delivery for this store. Takes 1-2 hours every time. I’ve been waiting for 10 1/2 minutes so far trying to cancel my order. I’ll never order from here again. Now after 20 minutes and a really aggressive & rude manager, my order was canceled and I was told they only use DoorDash now. So basically they’re stealing money from you by charging you a $5.49 fee when it’s going to go through DoorDash anyways, where there would be a $0 delivery fee for orders over $12. Nice to know.
