Ordered two pizzas, stood in line for nearly an hour while they said our order wasn’t there. I had confirmation emails and it went through the bank. They checked the system and the shelf (multiple times) and kept telling us there wasn’t anything…. THE PIZZA WAS ON THE SHELF THE WHOLE TIME. Then, they shoved the pizza boxes in face and said “IS THIS THE RIGHT NAME!?” Not very good service or manners, let alone awareness.

I understand that this is fairly new. However I had used the app at 4pm 11/15/24 and placed a plan ahead order for 6pm. I arrived and there were a ton of people inside and outside. Everyone kept saying either they had done plan ahead or recently ordered. One lady said they didn’t even have her order started which was a plan ahead. As I was standing outside I called in to ask about my order. The automative system said order will be ready by 610. So I call after 610 to the live person after telling her my name and order she asks the guy how long he asks was this plan ahead. Yes and he then says it’s going to be an hour. I’m sorry but this is unacceptable you should have been better prepared and organized. Don’t you also own the papa John’s in Jackson? People who had just order were getting theirs but plan a heads were not. They also didn’t have anyone informing people outside of what was happening or names of orders that were done. I was so excited for gallipolis to have a papa John’s again and I hope they fix these issues soon.

The last time I was there I had the misfortune of Jennifer waiting on me. She is the rudest person in there she is rude to customers and staff. If she’s so unhappy maybe she should find a real adult job. I hate to go there because of her and many of my friends have shared the same experience with her

If there is one thing that I can say about this place it’s that it was definitely a place to get pizza and the pizza that I had there was definitely a pizza of all time. Also this place is a pickup or delivery only location so don’t expect there to be any seating.

I ordered parmesan garlic wings with extra sauce, they put No sauce on it. I ordered 2 packs of peppers, I received 2 in some foil. I called and told them about my half ass order, the manage said they would refund my card, well a week and day later, NO REFUND! Very Very Disappointing!

I’ve order here 3 times, I like papa johns . But this was the worst I’ve ever had there. Ordered buffalo boneless wings, they came with very little sauce on them. The pepperoncinis they came looked like someone cut them in half or took a bit of them. Above all it took for ever to get here. Very disappointed
