I want to give a huge thank you to Aiden at Papa John’s for helping save my child’s birthday party today.
I had placed a pizza order with Little Caesars a day in advance, but when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I was told they couldn’t make my order. I also never received a phone call ahead of time letting me know there was an issue. We were supposed to be eating in 30 minutes, so it was incredibly stressful and unexpected.
I rushed over to Papa John’s around 11:40AM hoping they could help, and Aiden immediately stepped in. He was so kind and understanding about the situation and got four pizzas made for us in about 20 minutes, which gave me just enough time to get back to the party before everyone was supposed to eat.
Even though I was clearly frustrated from the situation, Aiden stayed calm, polite, and compassionate the entire time. His customer service truly made a stressful situation so much better.
Thank you, Aiden, for going above and beyond and helping make sure my child’s birthday party still had food! I really appreciate you!

Adrian was very professional and accommodating real quick service. I had a messed up online order I had it scheduled to be picked up at a certain time in the evening but it was scheduled for the next day but he still ended up making the pizzas for me that evening it was only 6 minutes late to closing but still took the time to actually make our order for us and we were greatly appreciative

We have pizza night every Friday and this is a regular in our rotation. The time before it was clear that a pizza was dropped, but this time that’s what I initially thought but there was no cheese on the lid and the pizza was still together, which means this is what it looked like when they cut it and sent it for delivery. The pizzas with the toppings intact were undercooked even though one was ordered well done and a were a doughy mess. The manager was very nice and offered to send new but with hungry little ones we didnt want to wait and she refunded our order instead. Still very disappointing and probably will take this place out of the rotation for a while.

Possibly the worst location of any pizza chain I’ve dealt with. The service is friendly but so slow it’s actually pathetic. The app will quote you an hour (twice as long as any other pizza place around here), then they’ll still somehow take another 20-45 minutes after that. The “waiting area” (lol) is about 5×7 feet in between the counter and windows.
Ownership/management should be ashamed of this location. I actively avoid getting food from here, until it’s been so long i forget and accidentally order it for dinner, then regret it and don’t order again for another 6 months
Edit: interestingly, when you call in to place orders you also don’t get someone actually at the restaurant, you get a call center or some kind of office worker. Wild choices being made by what I can only assume is some slumlord owner that never actually sets foot onsite.

I placed a order about 8:17 on a rainy Friday night. I’m waiting for my delivery. I call about 9:50 and I’m told Kala came to my home and called my phone and knocked on the door. Kala did not call my phone. She dialed my number for less than a second and hung up to so call follow protocol. My receipt said ring doorbell. But I always hear knocks as well. Kala was being lazy and lied and possibly put me and my family in danger over meats being left out and food was delivered at 10:02 soggy and cold. I was refused a refund and offered store credit. This is the worst customer service and very insensitive business I have ever encountered. To be served old and cold food. They didn’t even remake the order. They were satisfied with serving me cold possible spoiled meat. Shame shame shame. The public deserves more respect than you workforce is serving. I would be ashamed to know my company represented me and my family this way. Or do they even care??? Thank you for my cold meal tonight.

Absolutely horrendous. The service was the worst I’ve ever seen. Everyone working there deserves to be fired. They won’t even look at you to acknowledge you’re there. My pizza was supposed to be done at 8:35 at the latest and I didn’t get it till 9:30.

Papa John’s pizza is always good, hence my rating for the food, but the service from this location is very poor. Everyone is working in the back and ignoring all the customers at the front.
If you provide a time frame on your website, then I shouldn’t be waiting for an additional 15-20 minutes after you stated that my pizza was supposed to be done.
Definitely need to work on customer service at this location. I was definitely not the only dissatisfied customer waiting on a status for my order.

We almost always order pizza from here. Just had a pizza without the toppings we ordered. We called and were put on hold. For the 20 minutes we were on hold, I decided to go to the store with the pizza. I went to the store and asked for the manager, and the manager walked up. All he asked me was do you want me to make you another one. No apologies, not a thing said. He gave me the finished pizza and I said thank you. He didn’t say a thing, stone faced. With the manager’s attitude, I don’t think he would have ever picked up the phone.
If you are to order here, please order at your own discretion. Pizza is always pretty good but the customer service is really bad.

Absolutely fed up with this store, I’m not the only one hence, all the others leaving one star reviews. This is the third time I’ve received bread sticks, or should I say blob sticks with no sauce tray and just sad excuse for breadsticks, alone with this my garlic stuffed crust pizza is darn near almost more crust than there is actual pizza and nothing like what’s advertised. Wrong sauce for the wings and missing sauce cups as well, like usual.We unfortunately order from this store for work because it’s the only one available to deliver to us night workers. If there was another nearby I would never touch this store again because no other store in Dayton has given me this issue. It’s almost every other order is absolutely sent out without a glance of quality control. I was told over the phone that even a manager had looked it over before it went out and it still came to us like this. I have no clue what’s been going on at this store because it’s been going on for a while. But I’m tired of spending $100 on orders to be sent food that’s made by people that don’t care about the company they represent, and managers that shouldn’t be managers. I beg anyone who took the time to read this please stay away there’s a reason for all the 1 star reviews including mine. At this point corporate needs to step in and evaluate the situation because management/ managers at this store are a joke. I was supposed to be sent a new order of breadsticks and wings but now eveytime I call back they hang up on me.
