The two large pizzas I’d ordered were both nasty, the crust was like cardboard. Usually, Papa John’s crust is airy and both of my pizzas were flat, both were barley warm when I received them and the toppings/sauce tasted stale and skimped. The staff wasn’t at all pleasant upon pick up of my pizza and the guy making the pizzas wasn’t wearing gloves while throwing pizza dough and looked dirty. I was extremely dissatisfied with my trip to this Papa John’s and will NOT be a returning customer.

Came in last minute to place an order and the staff was nothing less than exceptional. Treated me with kindness and respect and was tremendously helpful. Service was speedy, food was hot and delicious and the staff was extremely welcoming..Will be back very, very soon!!

Horrible experience!!!! My son ordered a pizza from Papa John’s to be delivered. He called the actual store not door-dash and asked for it to be delivered. Once order was placed and paid for food was delivered by door dash (which we didn’t know that’s who they use now)and left in the middle of our driveway out in the rain!!!!!! No phone call to say food had arrived or knock at the door!!!!! Food was soaking wet, pop bag soaked, box was soft and damaged !! Todays date is 1/12/24 it has been raining all day! And what’s even worse is the fact that Papa John’s instructed my son to call door dash ????? Excuse me he didn’t call door dash to order the pizza he called Papa John’s so with that being said Papa John’s should have took responsibility and fixed things with door dash!!! And after he went through all that door dash tells him to let the store know they returned his money so they ( Papa John’s) should refund him. He then calls Papa John’s back to let them know and the guy keeps trying to tell my son there’s nothing he can do!!!! For all this trouble my son should’ve got paid for all his hard work he put in just to get a complaint rectified!!!! Just poor customer service all around the board. Story doesn’t end there but that’s where I’ll leave it!!! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!!

I walked in and ordered a large pepperoni with 16 wings! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, my pizza looked great, tasted great. The wings were perfect!

I recieved two orders from this questionable establishment tonight both times the manager argued with me and told me I was wrong. The first time I called asking how to correct my order, 16″ ultimate pepperoni add jalapeños, arrived as a Tuscan cheese, add jalapeños. The 2nd time it arrived as the same pizza and the manager told me she made the pizza herself and it has pepperoni on the pizza. I understand being short staffed, hard to find staffing etc, we are experiencing that, but where has customer service gone? Why can no one be nice and polite?

Service was nice. People were very quick and asked me if I needed anything. But when I opened my order it was sloppy. other than that, just not satisfied with the food.
