The manager dropped my pizza in front of me said out loud it’s not redeemable make a new one, then he listened to some other employee and just grabbed a new box dropped it right in front of me at 5:13pm march 2. grabbed it squashed it as it was falling! Acknowledge it was no good OUT LOUD! then still gave it to me! NASTY…….and LAZY… FROM A LEAD..

I don’t have issues with much other than I ordered online and it for some reason took both orders when I called to ask and inquire about the gentleman that answered the phone was very short tempered and to be honest slightly rude. Once he “helped” me he immediately hung up while I was mid sentence. Just saying a little better communication and people skills would be nice been working food service for over 11 years just would think some would just know better. Oh well.

Normally I don’t complain, but they need to do better. I ordered $65 worth of pizza for my family and our pizza was basically mush. I took it up to the store where they decided to make a new one. This one is the same. This isn’t the first time either. Last month was the same thing but we didn’t complain. This will be the last time I ever spend my money on anything with Papajohns.

Ordered a couple large pizzas with extra sauce on them and a 10 piece chicken. This is what I received and the pizza is like trying to bite into the card hoard box and tearing out a piece of cardboard the box might taste better. Order pizza from anywhere else to save yourself a waste of money or a headache of dealing with a buisness that doesn’t appreciate you doing buisness with them.

Food poisoning! My daughter, myself, 3 friends from out of town all got sick after eating their pizza yesterday. It was the only place we had all eaten. I am extremely unsatisfied. I ordered The Meats Pizza. I added green olives, banana peppers, and mushrooms. I called them, the manager refused to make it right. They made the pizza wrong. I can see that it wasn’t my mistake on my order and even on the side of the box. We just wanted them to make it like it was ordered. She says “we lose money on product if we do that. After receiving a pizza that was made wrong, I called to speak to a manager and was on hold for 29
mins. I then called back and picked the option to place a new order and no one answered, on hold for 15 mins. I hung up.
My pizza had onions and peppers instead of onions and pepperoni. We can’t eat peppers. This is way too much money to spend on food we can’t eat and not being able to reach someone. And now I don’t have dinner.
