Usually my favorite place to get pizza but this time there was hair in our pizza and it was cold. Our wings were also cold with very little sauce. I could probably get more sauce out of a ketchup packet. People were nice tho never had a problem until this last time!

My family has occasionally gotten take out from this location and we’ve had a few messed up orders but this takes the cake…hair is gross. You can see the hair goes through the baked cheese so glad I caught it before my family ate it. Our pizzas were undercooked as well. Will not be going back!

Order was ready a head of time and it was during dinner time. We ordered garlic stuff crust pizza, cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers. Everything was hot and exactly what we ordered. It was very good except, can’t believe I’m saying this, but too much garlic.

Never ever again will I order anything from this location. The manager of this location needs to take a lesson in customer service considering she called me a b**** for complaining about my pizza that obviously was not done along with the very lightly cooked breadsticks. I called another location that I am familiar with and the DM was there. I want to give huge appreciation to this DM. She personally made my pizzas and delivered them to me although I was short of their delivery for this location. She was very kind and handled the situation immediately.

ive ordered from here a few times and its always been perfect but this order exemplifies how well this location does. I ordered some pizza and a drink and the delivery driver walks with a limp and actually warned me the drink might be a bit shaken up from it (it wasnt it was fine) but even warning me is a lot more than other pizza stores do. This place does everything perfect.

If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an order for carry out. Stayed the store and waiting on food to be done. Ordered two pizzas and some chicken poppers. Was told my food was coming out of the oven, once if came out of the oven only one pizza was made. They apparently gave me a credit while I was standing there he put it in the computer since ya know only a percentage of my order was made Called in today to redeem the credit on my account got sent to speak with somebody in the store to make sure I got the credit redeemed and the guy answering the phone put me on hold for 6 minutes since he wasn’t caught up and then when I told him what I wanted and then how I wanted to redeem the credit he laughed and thought it was hilarious I tell him what happened and that’s why I had gotten the credit he proceeded to think it was a laughing mattered and pretty much told me good luck there wasn’t a credit and that didn’t happen. I’ll never be returning to this papa John I’ll gladly drive to another city to get my food from here on out. I’m highly disappointed with BOTH of these experiences.

Made an order for delivery. Never got it. They used Door Dash as the delivery service and after an hour I got notification that my order had been delivered. Nothing arrived. I called the store to report this and they told me to wait. Then the person, Larry said. What do you want me to do, I just work here. I asked for a refund and received it.

Great food, service, and value. The app speeds up the carryout ordering process as well as gives you access to nice promotions. My extra large pizza was wonderful. Great balance of everything and perfectly cut (which is something a lot of places struggle with -cutting the center of a pizza completely.) Have been going to this location for years. Great job.
