This is my first time using a delivery service from here. There was also a problem with ordering because the person taking the order didn’t speak English well. Then the driver called us and said he couldn’t find our house and demanded that we give him a tip if he delivered our food. For reference, the distance between the restaurant and our house is 1 mile The food is delicious but the service is 0!

I had a very disappointing experience with the delivery driver. She was extremely rude during the delivery — instead of properly dropping off the order, she handed it roughly to my 11-year-old son without any communication, saying “Here, you take it,” before speeding off. This behavior was especially concerning, as there are strict speed limits in our neighborhood due to the number of children playing outside. Rather than confirming the correct apartment or communicating in any way, the driver made assumptions and acted unprofessionally. Additionally, the contact number associated with the order was my husband’s, who was at work and unable to assist at the time. Overall, this experience was unacceptable and concerning for the safety of our community.If you don’t like your job go elsewhere.

The staff were polite and seemed to enjoy being there, a sign of a good workplace . The food was hot, fresh and quite frankly better than I expected. As a fat man who loves pizza I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend the Super Hawaiian .
