OUTSTANDING!!! I was picking up a doordash order here Christmas evening. The staff was buried in orders and kept their composure under stress. They worked together calmly under unbelievable pressure and a lobby packed to the hilt with customers and dashers staring at them.
The manager was highly efficient and multitasking so well he made it look easy! Never lost his cool or manners and maintained professionalism. Kept me informed about my customers order wait and delays so I could inform my customer. I got a great tip. Thank you!! Your team here is amazing enough to make me want to apply here lol.

Never ordering here again. Placed an order through DoorDash, pizza arrived with no sauce, it was thin as paper, and what little bread there was, was burnt and crusty. The store manager offered no solution or refund, just nasty.

The BEST pizza chain in the Eastgate area hands down, and this is their best location! The food is always fresh, hot, and delivered before the time it says it will be, and the drivers are all always so nice. The pizza is delicious, but let me tell you that they have the BESSST hoagies and wings, way better than any other pizza place locally and I will die on that hill.
My family has been ordering from this location since I was a kid and now I’m grown ordering it for my own family. Definitely something I can order and KNOW it will be gobbled up even by my pickiest of eaters. My kids ask for them by name because even they know this is the best pizza chain around, and this location does it best!
We will try to “mix it up” sometimes and get Grammas or Dominos pizza but every single time I am left disappointed and wondering why we didn’t just order some PJ! While other pizza chains have and are going WAY DOWNHILL in service, quality, and taste, this location has quite literally never let me down!
And did I mention the hoagies, wings, and cheesey flat bread?! Yeah, their pizza is amazing, but if I’m being 100% honest, hands down I’m ordering this half the time strictly for a hoagie.
My only regret is not taking a photo BEFORE we started digging in to give it real justice. It’s SO GOOD we can never help ourselves as soon as it’s here

This is truly the best Papa John’s around! Marc and the team at Clough are friendly and so helpful. We had a large order for my autistic daughters birthday party, its her favorite pizza place (we have to order at least once or twice a week) and the amazing team went above and beyond for her! They even gave her a card!! Made her birthday so special! Thank you all SO much

Delivery drivers are always nice. But the pizza is always super doughy and greasy and this time there wasn’t even any attempt to cut the cheese one. Probably because if they had it would’ve torn all the cheese off from the amount of grease there is.

Every now and again we enjoy “The Works” pizza. We change the black olives for banana peppers, so good. This time we got the thin crust, good but it still is better on the org. crust.

Ordered for take out. Arrived during time window given. Pizza wasn’t even started yet. Everyone coming in had the same issue. Probably waited over 20 minutes after original time given. No type of compensation given for the delay.

Absolutely the worst place to order pizza from in Eastgate HANDS down. Every single time we order from them , the pizza is either made incorrectly or it’s just terrible. Tonight they’ve out done themselves. The pizza is COMPLETELY burned and the garlic butter in the box was opened and spilled ALL over the box. I have never seen ANYTHING like this and I am honestly shocked the manager of this store allowed this pizza to be delivered this way. I’ve given them multiple chances but now I have learned my lesson, I will NEVER order here again.

I ordered cheesesticks for my husband and I. And wanted 2 ranches with them. And got 2 garlic butters and 1 ranch. This is the worst we’ve ever received from papa johns. The cheesesticks aren’t even cut right, and my 6 cheese cheesesticks weren’t done right at all. We order from here all the time. But now may find another place to order cheesesticks from because these can’t even be made right when it’s simple to make cheesesticks.
