I ordered pizza and it was sent to doordash which makes the delivery longer, I was under a time crunch and live right across the street but unable to get the pizza as I was waiting to go to work in 10 minutes (about 15 mins after ordering online) and waiting for my daughter to get off the bus, why I had it delivered. I kept calling the store and it kept going to hold for almost 8 to 10 minutes. Back when I was in this store we ran it much differently. Very disappointed and now my daughter is going to go hungry. Thanks guys. Appreciate it.

Staff did not believe i placed an order when i was charged and was given the notification that food was delivered. Was told to wait 10 minutes to see. When i called back, the manager tried to say the order was never placed, that there was nothing in the system, and when they finally find my order in the server, the manager says “theres nothing i can do, and i believe in my driver delivered the food”. I may have gotten a refund eventually (who knows if it actually show up), but i will not be ordeing again. Doordash did a better job finding my place.

First off i love papa johns. My job ordered us pizzas from there and we ate it for at least 4 days after and even microwaved or cold its spot on. Second i ordered tonight and it was so delicious. Full of flavor. The crust was flufy while still having crunch and the taste was so good. It was the perfect temp and the customer service was great. The only problem was it was $19.75 for small pizza and 2 liter carryout is better

The pizza was pretty good, haven’t had a Papa John’s pizza in I don’t know how many years. X-large for $12 was a steal and would probabaly order it again. The woman who took my cash went from making a pizza, to handling the register and money, and then right back to making pizza.. I do have a mild concern for the food handling/cleanliness.

Ordered 3 pizzas thru door dash and they only gave my dasher 1 pizza, my dasher went back to get the other 2 so I called ahead to let them know an the woman that answered had a attitude an hung on me, “saying while she need to come back and get the other pizzas” will never order from this papa John’s again so unprofessional.

I would never order from them again. I told the lady my pizza was burnt. I asked her can I bring it back? She told me I told her I want my money back. I paid five dollars for delivery for what reason pizza is so disgusting.
