I ordered delivery and supposedly the driver called the phone number and said it didn’t work but the phone number is perfectly fine and no call came through. I was watching out for a car and there was no topper showing if a car was from papa Jon’s or not. The driver left and said they wouldn’t come back because they didn’t feel safe. And I was given no option because I couldn’t pick my order up. Had no reason other than “not safe”.

We got the exstream garlic stuff crust pizza with pepperoni. No flavor at all! I also ordered a steak hoagie with mushroom sauce and extra cheese. You couldn’t find the cheese and the bottom of the bun was so hard you couldn’t bite into it and I don’t have dentures! I feel like I should get a refund but I’m 100% sure I won’t. I’m from out of town and would not recommend.

My husband pizza was good but my pizza was half thin crust and burnt and the other side regular crust and burnt. Usually have great pizza from them. I don’t know why they sent my pizza out the door.

Change in the crust to the frozen stuff so no longer worth it. Not the same. Crust used to be large and uneven; better texture. Don’t waste your money.

When I called my order in. The gentleman that answered was very nice to me. He explained that he was shorthanded and it would take an hour. I explained that I had just had surgery a few days ago and that would be fine. I order my food. The gentleman that delivered my food was so nice. It was delivered in under the 1 hours time. Hot and Delicious. Thank you so much.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The delivery driver (Donna, maybe?) didn’t follow my delivery instructions, rang the doorbell loudly (which was very disruptive), and forgot my drink. I’m sick, so my dad answered the door, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check the order myself.
When I called the store for help, the first person who answered said that her manager, Steve, could issue a credit or send the driver back—though she mentioned that the driver was “iffy” and would probably take forever to return. I opted for the credit, but then she abruptly hung up! I called back, only to be met with silence. No response. It felt like they couldn’t have cared less.
I waited ages for my delivery, only to be met with this terrible experience. It’s disappointing because I actually like their food, but the customer service at this location is absolutely unacceptable.

After spending well over $50 on my pickup order I realized my husband had accidentally ordered a 20 oz cola instead of a 2 liter. I asked the manager if I could just pay the difference and get a 20 oz or get a refund for the 20 oz and she denied both requests. My family spends way too much money here in this economy for this kind of bad customer service. No more Thursday night pizza at papa John’s it will be Larosas from here on out.
