We submitted an order for 1 pizza at 709pm. About 15 mins after we ordered, we received a notification that it was being delivered via DoorDash. I never would have even submitted the order if I had known that DoorDash was going be handling the delivery. We received our order at 825pm. We live approximately 7 mins away from this location. Aside from the very late delivery time, our order was also incorrect. Some toppings were missing and others were only about 1/5th of the pizza. Also, we had a coupon on our order for $16.99, but the price of the pizza alone (not including delivery fees and tip,) was $23.79, after the discount listed on the receipt. I will never order delivery from this location again and low probability on carryout too.

I am only giving them 2 stars due to the fact that they have Door Dash delivering for them. The food is always good, but by the time I get it (usually takes an hour & a half), it is always cold and half the stuff has leaked through the boxes. It is just a mess. I dont order from Door Dash because they mess up every time. So now I will no longer be ordering from Papa Johns.

One off order and I’m hooked on the new pan pizza, also staff working this location are friendly, kind, and observant. Everytime I go I see someone helping out another when they’re busy.

We paid extra for stuffed crust via door dash (why we didn’t order dominos) and tried to let them know of their mistake, but when you go to try and let them know via the DoorDash app, everything works except for the submit feedback page. Just seems criminal.

Order Papa John’s on Uber eats and I’m so regretful.The pizza seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp as the cheese was separated and grease was saturated all over the pizza.I also order the cheese bacon sticks and they were cold and dry.Very disappointing!
