Placed my order in nearly 10mins prior. Took me over 5 mins to walk there. Within 15mins my order wasn’t even prepped yet. At this point I barely had 10 minutes left of my break. The staff was moving very slow. I was doing this during my lunch break. The chick who rang me out just tossed my recipe at me in a rude manner. First and last time ordering here. The food was delicious.

Had the prettiest pizza I have ever seen from Papa John’s the other day! Half extra cheese half pepperoni. The papadia’s are incredible too (cheesesteak especially) but please do not order more than 2 at a time because I have read they are very time intensive for the workers to make during a lunch/dinner rush.

I usually love this place, their delivery guys are awesome, but watch out for sticks made up as breadsticks (this is usually a 1 out of every 5 orders for me lol). Otherwise they don’t skimp on sauces or toppings and don’t over bake. If not for the hate crime that is stick breadsticks I’d give it a 5 star.

I lived in Cincinnati for one year before deciding to go to the Cincinnati Union Terminal on New Years eve. I asked the young lady at the desk a few questions regarding activities, parking and admission and just received the resting b**** face with very little details. It’s really unfortunate because I blog and word of mouth is the best advertisement. I wasn’t interested in spending a dime or my time. Customer service is everything.

So I don’t typically leave negative reviews based on a single experience, this one was uniquely terrible. After waiting over an hour and a half for a delivery that never arrived, I called and asked to have my order refunded, which the shop did without question. However, not long after I received a harassing, profanity-laden text from someone who I assume was the delivery driver. Definitely will not be ordering from this location again! I get that it’s a rough time for the restaurant industry and many places are short-staffed, but if your staff is using customers’ personal information to harass them you’ve got bigger problems.

I have been really enjoying the newer staff at this location. Staff now makes me smile every time I enter with jokes and high energy approaches. This location provides extra topping when ordered; unfortunately something that not all locations do. The store is always clean and my order is always ready within quoted timeframes. Very happy with whatever has changed in the last several months!!
