Placed a carry out order and went to pick it up and it still wasn’t done. Over an hour from when placing the order. There was a lot of people waiting and no one at the counter helping. The worker finally came over to ask for my name after standing there for 10-15mins. Said that they are getting multiple orders and my order probably wasn’t done yet. I told her that the app said it was done and she said no it probabaly isn’t because the system isn’t correct. Workers are rude and frantic. Need a better system. Go to a different pizza place

I set an online order for delivery at 7:30. It’s been over an hour and it’s still not here. This is not the first time it has happened either. Everytime I order delivery , it’s always up to an hour late.
I love the pizza. But not the wait time.
If you order delivery, don’t expect it to come on time.

2/22/25 we ordered a pizza pepperoni with half mushroom and pepperoni! ,who ever made it is incapable,they should not be alone, papa John’s in Wilmington has went down hill, it won’t be long hopefully they will be out, and the people that work there will be unemployed, quality is not their thing!

It had been awhile since I ordered from Papa John’s. Not the quality of pizza that I remember from the past.
Ordered extra cheese as well as other toppings, and barely had a single order of cheese. Skimpy on the other toppings as well.

The last few times my family has ordered here it has been very stale dough on the pizza, crust is always like a rock and the papa bites are always doughy on the inside. Papa John’s has always been a favorite of ours and a weekly treat, but these last 4 visits have been all disappointing. Won’t be ordering for awhile sadly.

I really love a good pizza and have been a papa John’s customer for years. A pizza with sauce is absolutely delicious and I got that tonight with out ordering extra sauce. And the jalapeno bites are a great addition to your menu. Hands down to the Wilmington Ohio franchise, the best pizza I have had in many years. I hope your store gets the credit you deserve. Thank you. I am just shell shocked.

For a while I was not satisfied with this chain and had stopped ordering from them but as of my last four visits I am back on board with them. My food is always ready before I arrive, I have been getting a fair amount of toppings on my pizza, they always run specials everyday of the week plus they have a rewards program that gives me incentive to use them, so with the specials and rewards I am getting a large amount of good food for very little. They have really slacked off on giving the dipping sauces away but they do always offer plates and napkins, so I will pay the fifty cents extra for garlic butter if they keep up their end of the deal. Good Job, I wouldn’t consider myself picky, I worked food service a good portion of my youth/early adulthood starting as a dishwasher all the way to manager so I recognize when everyone is onboard from management to staff, I have seen staff have their hands tied by management trying to get bonuses on food cost and I have seen terrible crews and management have their hands tied, it isn’t always easy to know who to blame when everything doesn’t jive. Once again good job everyone!
