Each and every time we order here, the lady never once brings plates napkins, nothing! Hence why the drivers never receive a tip from us. Last experience was pretty bad, my jalapeño bites were almost raw.. UNACCEPTABLE! and the pizza was like soup when we asked for LIGHT sauce. It was so runny and all the toppings came right off. Sad because I loveee papa johns ! 🙁 and to think they wouldn’t hire my friend as a driver (the best worker I know!!!) it’s going to hell sadly.

Ordered pizza at 5:20pm didn’t receive it till 7:00pm, called before pizza arrived to check status and ask about the hour it was taking to deliver and would it be cold? (It was) was informed that that was thier delivery time 45min to an hour and that the pizza would not be cold. Do better!!

The last two times I ordered my orders were messed up and my extra dipping sauces were forgotten. I called an hour and a half later and they told me they gave my sauce to one of their “DOOR DASH” drivers to bring them to me. But they never showed up. Will probably go with another pizza place from now on

I placed a pick up order for 2 parmesan crusted papadias with extra cheese as one of the toppings for both. When we got home and opened them they were not parmesan crusted and had very little cheese instead of extra cheese. I paid the extra dollar for the parmesan crusted vs the original ones.I called the store and was placed on hold for 7 mins without anyone coming back to talk to me. Extremely disappointed in the quality of the product and I’m usually pleased with stuff from this location. Also there was very little toppings inside them

For a while I was not satisfied with this chain and had stopped ordering from them but as of my last four visits I am back on board with them. My food is always ready before I arrive, I have been getting a fair amount of toppings on my pizza, they always run specials everyday of the week plus they have a rewards program that gives me incentive to use them, so with the specials and rewards I am getting a large amount of good food for very little. They have really slacked off on giving the dipping sauces away but they do always offer plates and napkins, so I will pay the fifty cents extra for garlic butter if they keep up their end of the deal. Good Job, I wouldn’t consider myself picky, I worked food service a good portion of my youth/early adulthood starting as a dishwasher all the way to manager so I recognize when everyone is onboard from management to staff, I have seen staff have their hands tied by management trying to get bonuses on food cost and I have seen terrible crews and management have their hands tied, it isn’t always easy to know who to blame when everything doesn’t jive. Once again good job everyone!

I really love a good pizza and have been a papa John’s customer for years. A pizza with sauce is absolutely delicious and I got that tonight with out ordering extra sauce. And the jalapeno bites are a great addition to your menu. Hands down to the Wilmington Ohio franchise, the best pizza I have had in many years. I hope your store gets the credit you deserve. Decided to try the new Papa Bowls. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo which was nothing but chicken, veggies, cheese, and grease, and Garden Veggie which was sloppily thrown together and I was drinking the grease with every bite. Both bowls were also only half full, if that. Absolutely disgusting.

BEST PIZZA EVER , IT WAS AN Ordinary day when I wanted some pizza so I asked my mother if she could order us some she said yes of course because I’m adorable all the sudden they tell us that it’s ready in only like three minutes that’s quick service however it took us eight hours to get to the place because my little brother wouldn’t go for a nap but they had her pizza warm and ready for us it tasted like complete heaven their breadsticks are oneoneone out of one you haven’t had pizza if you haven’t had this pizza !
