Ordered Buffalo boneless wings they arent covered in sauce like their supposed to if your gonna be cheap af with me then ill start being ultra cheap with the delivery tip each driver gets 7-10$ everytime wont be ordering the boneless wings from hillsboro location anymore thats for certain . The papa bowl is spot on so theres that.

The girl that worked the closing shift this evening did such a great job! I feel bad because I didnt get her name. She had blonde hair, very pretty and looked to be in her late teens or early twenties. She has a 7 year old! I do know that! Anyways…i called at 9:30 and felt super bad about doing so. Her customer service was great…for it being so close to close and it seeming like she was the only one in there, besides the delivery driver. She killed it.

I went in to pick up my pizza that I ordered online on April 6, 2025 at around 2:00p.m.. The girl at the counter was on the phone taking an order. I waited patiently at the counter. She did not acknowledge that I was standing right in front of her. When she finished taking the order on the phone, I said my name and she still would not look at me or acknowledge me, even though we were facing each other and standing 2 feet apart. She just kept looking down at the order she had just taken. I quietly paused, because I thought maybe she was just re-checking and making sure everything was right. The phone rang again and she picked it up and began taking another order. Still not acknowledging my presence, I waited for about 10 more minutes while she proceeded taking another order and I waved to the guy cooking in the back and he came up. I asked him if he could hand me my pizza because it was right there. He handed me my pizza and I thanked him and then left. I will never go back there again. I don’t understand why she would not acknowledge my presence or wait on me.

Had my order canceled for my attitude when they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Was yelled and cussed out by the manager and the register person on my return to get my money back.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter at 4:55pm tonight, after 2 hours I called to check on where our food was. Spent an hour on hold on the phone with no one answering. Went over there and they said it was ordered at 6:04pm. They don’t have enough people to answer the phone so how did they get my order after 6pm? 3 hours later it was being delivered to where we was at after we left where we was at. We told them to cancel the order because we was heading home not back to where we was. If you don’t have enough people to have someone answering the phone then why the hell are you open.

I order here every weekend religiously and they haven’t gotten it wrong not once. They never disappoint. They’re fast but have wonderful accuracy. Very accommodating as well. I will continue to order here in the future. This is the best pizza place in town! I don’t give out five stars willy nilly so this is genuine!
