We used to be loyal To Marco’s until we visited this Papa John’s. The new pan pizza is fantastic and I also like their steak bogies. Service is always fast and friendly. Great local pizza place.

This place was amazing when it opened for about a month or two. The last couple orders have not been a good experience. The pizza we ordered today was not only barely above room temperature, which the delivery lady stated was from the delay caused by her car breaking down, and was understandable. We heated it in the oven at 350 for 5 minutes and found that pizza is doughy and definitely under cooked. The crust was not risen as it should be. We got the pizza in a little over an hour. The time is not the issue. The issue is receiving undercooked food, especially when you have kids under 3. That is completely not okay. My son had already ate the bulk of his piece before we found this. We will not be ordering from this location anymore and will not recommend it to others. That is not cheese in the photos, that is raw dough.

Hands down the best papajohns location I’ve ever been to.
Had bad experiences at multiple Columbus and Dayton locations in the past but decided to give Bethel a try.
After multiple orders all being perfectly prepared I had to hop on here and give you guys a good review.

Showed up to pick up my order, was told they couldnt find my order. When the woman working the register asked the maybe 16 year old delivery guy if he had the right order he replies “of course, im a brofressional” then takes the order he just picked up off the rack and walks out the front door and puts it in her delievery vehicle and takes off. Don’t understand why so many bad reviews but maybe some are from competitors. Guy on the phone was new but was courteous and knowledgeable. Pizza was delivered quickly and everything was fresh and hot. Thanks!
