The staff at the pizza shop are not qualified. I waited more than 40 minutes to receive this pizza, and the experience was very disappointing. I will not return to your restaurant again.

I placed an online order on Halloween around 12 PM. I placed the order so it would be delivered to me by 5:30 PM so we could eat before taking our child trick or treating. A little before 6 PM I still didn’t have my order. I called them to figure out what was going on the female manager I spoke with was extremely rude right off the bat. Then kept making excuses about how it is their busiest day of the year. She then said my pizza was only just now going into the oven and it would be another 30 minutes before I would get my order. Mind you the whole time she was being rude and making excuses. Finally I asked to speak to someone else if she was going to continue to be rude. She put a man on the phone who was also rude and said well do you want the food or not. I can cancel the order. I canceled the order because of their crappy attitudes and terrible customer service. Also because it would have made my 3 year old miss trick or treat. They should have better customer service and hire better managers. They are terrible.

Papa John’s is maybe my favorite fast-food pizza chain. The app makes it easy to order ahead & save a few bucks. I don’t usually get dessert, but their brownie was awesome.

To the driver who forgot the dipping sauce I paid for and the manager I spoke to who said he would refund my credit card for them and never did: You all have ensured that I will always tip you all $0 on every future order! My credit card company will be taking my $5 tip back since you all couldn’t give me basic customer service!

I would give a zero star review if I could. Messed up my $70 order, order included gluten free. Brought all regular pizzas. The delivery driver said they cannot send another driver to correct the order. Called on way to place new order, arrived to store and had to wait another 20 minutes because the incompetent employee put two pizzas on top of each other in the oven…..Entire event ended up being 30 plus minutes late and team had to eat cold pizza. Rude employees and offered no solution to THEIR mistake. All while 3 employees stand around doing nothing, so clearly were not busy

Would have received 5 stars but Papa John’s has gone to a call center service… at one point the call center person, with a heavy accent, exclaimed to us “that’s what I said!”.. communication is key.
On the positive side, i was greeted by several people when walking into the store and everyone was friendly and helpful!

Does this look like extra extra cheese? In a pizza recipe they have a base layer of cheese. Then if you ask for extra you get even more cheese, then if you request a second cheese you get 3 total cheese toppings. Officially done with papa John’s.
